We decided to go with John for our basement reno and were pleased with how quickly his team could start. The demo was quick, clean and John ensured there was nothing coming into the upstairs area by properly sealing off the basement entrance. His team were courteous, always on time and professional. John was on-site almost everyday to make sure the work was going smoothly, which gave us peace of mind. We were so happy to be able to have a finished basement just in time for the holidays and it’s the perfect place for our son to play as he grows up.

John and his crew were fantastic from start to finish of our Reno. We had our kitchen, bathroom and basement renovated. The workers were friendly, organized and cleaned up continuously through out the day. John was on site consistently to make sure things were running smoothly and to answers any questions we had. We had an unfinished basement renovated to include an entertainment area, a new 3 piece washroom and storage areas. We were provided a schedule, price with installment payment terms, references and everything was itemized so we knew exactly what would be done and bought for the project. We are very happy with the completed renovation.

John orchestrated a beautiful plan to finish our basement in 2012. It really has become a second living room for our family. From the wood flooring, to the recessed ceiling, to the bathroom, we couldn't be happier. We would absolutely recommend John for similar work.

I have had my basement complete renovation done in 2012 when bought the new house in stouffville. They did the job on time. I have not had any problem with their work since then.
