My system was originally installed by Sears. When it broke down, I called a company that could do emergency service as Sears usually can't come for a few days. The company told me the compressor was shot and that my best bet was to get a whole new system.
Knowing the compressor was still under warranty, I called Sears for a service call. Hawk is one of their contractors and came to have a look.
The technician, Greg, was awesome. He explained everything and figured out very quickly that it was simply a blown capacitor. (Note: This was something I had specifically asked the previous company about and their tech said the capacitor was fine and it was clearly a problem with the compressor).
Needless to say I would recommend these guys in a heartbeat for not only good and fast service but for being honest and saving me money.
