Tom and his team (including Mario, Alex, Lalo, Allan) were nothing short of amazing. From my first call to have Tom come and quote, he arrived at the door within the hour. He was both professional and efficient in quickly estimating the work and confirming scope of the job.

Many might argue that drywall "isn't difficult" but it was amazing to me the creative ways Tom and the team came up with to avoid bulkheads and unsightly lines when boarding up a basement with many overhead obstacles. It truly is an art. Furthermore, while I had framed all of my walls, I hired Tom and his #1 - Super Mario, to build the bulkheads. Using multiple laser levels and steel L-track, all of the bulkheads were super tight, square, level and plumb. Amazing job and very glad I hired this job out.

Alex and Lalo came through to install board in all the crevices of my utility room and behind the furnace and hot water tank.

Allan quickly and efficiently came in to tape the job to have seamless transition between the board and joints.

The entire crew were always polite and worked so hard, starting at 7am and staying as long as it needed to get the job done.

Tom the owner has multiple jobs on the go at all times but does not sacrifice on quality. It's quite amazing to see his daily adventures on Instagram. He also was available day and night for any questions and also recommendations on some remaining tasks in my basement project.

The job was on time and on budget - no changes after the initial quote; but more importantly you could tell Tom cared immensely about the quality of work. Tom is a charismatic and super friendly guy who ensures not only the customer is top priority, but also that he rewards and praises his crew on a daily basis.

We contracted Pronto to handle the install of the new drywall in our 1915 beaches home. Tom was thorough and efficient with his quote. Tom was also flexible with timing as our schedule changed a few times.

Each member of his team were great to work with. They handled adding the additional fire safety elements required by the City of Toronto, including resilient channel and silent FX drywall. The boarding was top notch and the taping and mudding were near perfect. Tom made it clear that Pronto would address any defects revealed during the priming process. Of all the trades we dealt with, Pronto was among the very best. I highly recommend Tom and Pronto.

Tom and team were able to help me within days of a call. They worked on a difficult section of my studio roof to install drywall and mudded the rest. They made it look great and cleaned up after. Very happy with their work.

Tom and his team did an amazing job!! They were quick and the drywall turned out perfectly. We hired the team for a renovation and have large cathedral ceilings (18 feet high). Not only did they do an amazing job, but with their recommendations, the ceiling looks even better than we could have imagined! We are so happy with the work they did. In fact, weve hired them to come back and finish the rest of the house.

Pronto Construction just completed a storage room in our basement which we use for our sporting items and the work is by far some of the best I have seen. They framed, installed drywall and installed a door. Their crew is very polite and neat and finished the job in 2 days. We are very happy with the result and look forward to having Pronto Construction come back to frame and drywall the rest of the basement once we are ready hoping spring of 2023! Thank you!
