The young man was courteous and professional in every way. I found him to be very organized and I was very happy to see that the large machine could remain downstairs while the hoses extended all the way to the top floor. I had cleared all the lamps and bric-a-brac from the furniture, and he appreciated that so much he cleaned a couple of small rugs as an extra bonus feature, no charge.

My only disappointment was that the beds could not be moved for total cleaning. They are a very heavy mahogany and, since he was working by himself, he did not wish to risk breaking off the headboards. Understandable.

The rest of the furniture he was able to move and did a thorough job, leaving foil under the furniture feet where there were no glider pads.
Everything was clean and dry by the end of the day. No more big sneezing fits for me! A job well done.

I doubted very much that the carpet could be cleaned... it hadn't been cleaned in YEARS. And Pamir worked magic. He used BOTH the carpet scrubber and the steam vacuum, one after the other, and that did the trick..! Thank you!
