New unit was installed by RGS (Roozbeh) in the fall of 2014. Unfortunately I experienced problems with the unit almost every year, however RGS could not have been more accommodating. Whenever I called Rooz was there within hours and corrected the problem. RGS also arranged for Rooz to install a very expensive part, at no cost to me, after the warranty on.that part had expired.
A big thank you to everyone at RGS for the way you have dealt with this matter. I was very fortunate to have been able to deal with Roozbeh, who not only installed the unit, but conducted all the service calls. He also waived some of the service fees for a couple of his calls. He is a very professional person, who is very knowledgeable in his trade, besides being very friendly and easy to deal with.

I am more than pleased to recommend them for all your needs, you will not find a better provider for your home. Roos has gone above and beyond for my parents as well! From consultation to purchase, and including maintenance over the years this is hands down the best service provider I have dealt with. I do not remember the exact cost of the purchase of our system, ongoing maintenance and service is very reasonable.

Our furnace thermostat indicated service was due. RGS had installed it 2 yrs ago. RGS attended, completed the service promptly and efficiently. The Service attendant was a polite, patient person who pleasantly went about his business in a businesslike manner. Once done, he asked if we needed anything else? I jokingly suggested he look at a water pressure problem our plumber could not solve. His response was to attack the problem like a detective and deducted the issue was in an in-line filter in the cold water line. He removed the filter and installed an new one. Problem solved at no charge! Roozbeh is a gem and we will not hesitate to call him in again if we need help!

Several years ago, I found Rooz when I needed my furnace serviced. I am very glad I did. He has been the only technician I have needed. He is very professional, quick and clean about his work, and very dependable. Although my yearly appointment, when he comes to service the furnace (and provide) and replace the filter, is booked about a week in advance, on those occasions when I have had a furnace emergency, Rooz has fitted me in on short notice. I do not hesitate to recommend RGS to anyone; quite simply, I know that I am well taken care of. He is very deserving of the five stars I have given him.
