They did a full inspection,did the necessary repairs,put down a full underlay sheet,ice shield,shingels,added new vents.I would recommend this company. The owner was very professional and friendly.

Contacted four roofing companies for a quote. Nimi was the only one to personally meet with me to discuss the job. The other contractors did come over at their convenience to look at the roof and left their quotes in my mail box. With all the rain this summer, Nimi of course could not give me a definite date but did call the day before the job was to be done. He and his crew arrived on time and set to work right away. The job was completed in a day, very well done and his crew cleaned up the site perfectly. I checked extensively and there was not a nail or old shingle to be found anywhere. After quite a bit of research to find a good roofing company, we finally decided to proceed with Leading on Edge Roofing to change the roof of our house. Nimi and his crew did an outstanding high quality job with great attention to detail.

We used Landmark-Pro shingles, Titanium UDL30 and UPS30 underpayments, Ventilation Maximum #301 and CT-6 vents, Lomanco 750 vents. These are all top quality materials and combined with the perfect installation that Nimi and his crew provided will ensure for a very long lasting roof.
Nimi gave us a very competitive and fair price for the re-roof job and a 10 year warranty for the installation.

I knew about Nimi because he had done several roofs in my neighborhood and came well recommended. He works with his crew and does not just come "to inspect". He went up on the roof the first time and within minutes, without lengthy measurements, knew exactly what was needed. Ice water shield, underlayment, metal valleys, replace damaged plywood, 4 additional new vents, long life shingles, new flashings and vent covers, complete cleanup when job is done - all of it and more were done exactly as he promised - and he came on the day he said he would come. No payment until the job was complete, and provided me with a 10 year written workmanship and labour guarantee, an IKO shingle warranty and the bill for the shingles as proof of purchase if I ever needed to claim for premature shingle damage. His parting words were precious - "don't go up on the roof yourself. If you have a problem, phone me, I will take care of it". The roof is beautiful and obviously sturdy; I do not anticipate any problems with this roof for a very long time - if ever. Thank you Nimi.

I had two layers of shingles to remove and lots of garbage afterwards. My driveway was magnetically swept and the garbage removed and my deck furniture replaced to their original position.

Nimi and his crew did superb job ... The quality of Landmark pro shingles and theu work combines into a fantastic end priduct. They are really really good crew and best of all they clean so well after the job that you cannot even see one piece of shingle anywher. They quoted fair and competitive price and delivered impecably .. They are among the best trades I ever hired and I did couple of full rebuilds and seen it all :)
