Their slogan is 100% correct! No job is too small. We recently had an extremely clogged kitchen sink and called these awesome guys, and in a moment's notice, they made their services available to us that same day! We've used them before for much bigger jobs back in the summer and their service was just as speedy and great! It's hard to find a company that will do same-day service for a job --big or small-- and this company does a fine job of keeping their customers happy.

Would DEFINITELY use again and again.

January 8 is the last day of the Xmas vacation. In the morning I realized that there was a problem with the kitchen sink drain. I began looking through adds about the plumbing service. I made several calls to different plumbing companies but unfortunately no one replayed. I felt i was in a hurry and therefore I didnot leave any messages on answering machines. When I was checking other adds I got a call back from The Main Drain & Plumbing company. They noticed me calling and called me back. The pleasant voice asked me about the problem and suggested a service. I asked about the emergency. Less than in an hour a very polite gentleman knocked our door. After short investigation, he suggested me several solutions, explained positive and negative sides of every of them. He also attracted my attention to the potential danger and how to avoid wasting of my money. This gentleman id his job fast, professional. After him, we got clean area and perfectly functioning draining pipes.
We are very happy with the service that this company supply and we will strongly recommend this company to our friends.

Amazing job from Main Drain & Plumbing to clean main drain in my house.
I cannot even compare to other plumbing companies Toronto how it was professional done ( I 've had previous experience): pro tools, preparation before start to save your property, pro diagnostic and fast work, clean after the job was done, price 1\2 from their competitors, no extra charge for weekends (especially December31). Saved Stephan number in my phone like emergency service for emergency plumbing and drain repair company in Toronto. I'm also passing out your business cards to my friends with a strong recommendation.

Wasn't sure what was causing the blockage or where it was, was but some nasty things were coming through the shower., and had a feeling it was the main drain. I called Main Drain and Plumbing and made an appointment for early the next day, as it was late already and I didn't want to stay up much longer.

In short the problem was solved and I was impressed with the work.
Because of the nature of the problem, the solution isn't permanent but that's fine for now ( a permanent solution option was presented, which isn't feasible right now).

Many things were impressive:

1) on time
2) very fair price
3) two workers instead of usual 1 ( not sure if always done)
4) included camera of line (RR charging extra for this)
5) tool attachment used designed for root removal
6) cleanliness
7) customer service

Because of the nature of my plumbing, several obstacles had to be overcome, but these where handled with aplomb!

I am comfortable recommending these guys if you have a main drain problem certainly. I suspect other work will be just and through and professional - so I will keep them in mind for this as well. Thanks so much for your excellent service!

Eugene and his team removed an old cast iron double laundry tub, installed new laundry plumbing, installed a new laundry tub, toilet and vanity. The even did me a favour helping to move my washer and dryer to their new location. They showed up on time, finished the work promptly, kept a clean work site, stuck to their budget and had very reasonable pricing. I would definitely use them again.

We had an emergency on Sunday when drain pipe in the first floor powder room was damaged and burst. The drainage from second floor was leaking.
A friend recommended a technician from Main Drain & Plumbing. He came on Sunday within 30-40 minutes. He did a cut out in the dry wall and replaced the pipe. Everything was done very professionally and very quick. Needless to say we recommend this company and we are very thankful for their services.
