Stephen is by far one of the best plumber we have come accross. We just completed our kitchen reno yesterday and we had specific plumbing requirements, Stephen knew exactly what to do and he is very punctual rather he arrives 5-10 min ahead of schedule, his quality of service is excellent, he is very professional and very reasonable gentleman. I will definitely recommed him to my relatives and friends.

I called Main Drain & Plumbing because I did not have enough hot water during the shower. Guys came the same day and quickly figure out that the problem was in the mixing valve of the water tank. They were very efficient and prompt. Within an hour I had my hot water running. Highly recommendable company!

Main Drain&Plumbing came highly recommended from our friends and we have decided to hire them for our old bungalow retrofit renos after doing an extensive research and price comparison. It was a major project for us which included:

-backwater valve installation
-main water line replacement
-rough-in for two 3 piece washrooms + basement kitchen
-laundry room relocation and rough in for drain
-weeping tile replacemet

Obviously, given that we were renovating an older house, we were extremely nervous about the “skeletons in the closets” when it came to plumbing. However, Stephan and his guys did an amazing job managing the project from very start to finish, they were very responsive to all of our requests, patient when asked questions, extremely clean (removed all the garbage after each stage of the project), went an extra mile to fix unexpected setbacks and stayed try to their original quote. Overall, I highly recommend their services, I promise you won’t be disappointed!

My shower faucet developed a bad leak. I had to shut water off in the entire house as water started to leak between the walls. It was an emergency. I've been dealing with Stepan on multiple occasions for different jobs. He and his team arrived on next day on Saturday and did their job very professionally, and made sure there were no leaks left. All for a very reasonable price. Definitely recommend Stepan and his crew for any plumbing assignment.

I had several plumbing problems in my house and all of them look serious for me. My bathroom sink was leaking and there were no hot water there. The toilet flush did not work properly. Also the kitchen faucet was broken - the water was around kitchen sink and the cabinet under was wet. My friend gave me Stepan's phone number. Stepan came the same day on time, analysed the problems and clearly explained how to fix them. He fixed the toilet that day and gave me a competent advice where to buy a new bathroom sink to change. Next day Stepan came to my place to install the new sink, fix the hot water in bathroom and change the faucet in the kitchen. The work has been done very professionally and fast, he is polite and respectful person. I'd obviously call him again and recommend his service to others.
