I called Mike after I saw his reviews on homestars to get a carpet runner installed on our entry way stairs in our townhouse. He promptly contacted me back with a quote that was very reasonable and text me samples of carpet that would be durable and would match our walls and wood stairs. He then came over and we chose a beautiful 100% wool carpet runner. The next week it was installed promptly with underpading. We love it! Would definitely use him again.

I called Mike to estimate installing carpets on the stairs to the second floor with a landing area and also to the basement.
Mike showed up on time and took his time to explain and go through the samples. Today he installed the carpet. The results are beyond my expectation. He did an amazing job.

Dealing with Mike and the Torontonian Flooring team was an absolute pleasure - We had to carpet most of the main floor of our bungalow, plus steps to the basement and Mike and his team were punctual arriving on time, and completed the job, quickly and smoothly in the promised time of 1.5 days.

In terms of costs: He was the most competitive quote I received. He quoted me for the job, and after he measured realized it was going to be less, and ended up charging me LESS than he quoted. He is a very HONEST contractor. Most contractors would just be greedy and take what they can get - Not Mike.

After we moved our furniture in, one small part of the floor in the living room got a small wrinkle. I texted Mike, and within two days he came right back and fixed it no questions asked. He takes pride in his work, and guarantees the quality of his workmanship.

I am dealing with Murat for a few years. First time he helped was to install the carpet in my basement when the previous tenants made a huge mess and Murat from torontonian flooring helped me. The carpet was installed very professionally and it is in a perfect shape from past 4-5 years. No stretching issues or any other problem. He did a complete job.
