Mike was very accommodating of our schedule in booking the install date so we could have it done in between tenants. The work was completed quickly and looks wonderful. He made the entire process easy and we are very pleased with the results.

Mike did a fantastic job on our stairs. From the initial consultation to the end of the job itself, Mike was professional and very helpful. He helped us chose the pattern and colour of the runner and we couldn't be more pleased with how everything turned out. He was in and out of our house in about 4 hours and left his work area very clean. I highly reccomend Torontonian Flooring.

He came to our home with samples, helped us understand the different options, and let us take our time to make our decision. He was quick to responding to my questions at all times of day, and was always courteous.

Originally I was going to give Mike 8 stars. However he called to follow up and I mentioned I was slightly disappointed about the curvature of a cut and the connection of the stairs runner with the hallway runner. At his insistence he offered to come back within a few days to re cut the carpet I was unhappy about and correct the connection between the stair and hallway runners. I am thoroughly impressed with his service. This is what sets Mike apart from most other contractors I've worked with. 100%!

Amazing, excellent work in a short period of time. They remove spindles and put new once on. & remove existing carpet & install new one. Clean work.

Mike was great, came in and quickly quote the work and then started the very next morning. He was true to his estimate, prompt with returning calls, questions and completed the work according to his original schedule. He was also well organized and clean while doing the work, limiting the dust/disturbance to the rest of our home. Gladly work with him again.

He was able to order and give us a very competitive price on a less common carpet, which we appreciated. On the day of installation, he and his coworker removed old carpet and baseboards, and installed both carpet and baseboards with a great deal of care and efficiency. The results are top notch, and a friend who stopped by recognized the quality of workmanship. We would highly recommend this company - no complaints!
