I tried to get three quotes for my carpet. Mike returned my call immediately. He came out with his truck of carpets and was SO friendly, helpful and nice. We were able to select a carpet right away. I tried to get at least two other quotes to make sure I was doing my due diligence. One company never responded, another, I went to their store and was uninspired by what they had to offer. The company that initially didn't respond, I contacted again and after explaining what I had chosen with Mike, the company was quite frank and told me that Mike's workmanship is of high quality and the price was competitive, so I might as well just go with Mike. Well, it was easy to choose Mike after getting a recommendation from one of his competitors! There was a minor issue after the installation of the carpet and after contacting Mike, again, immediately, he was on the case and resolved the issue. I 100% recommend Mike and Torontonian Flooring as the service he provided was outstanding, the quality of the product is so beautiful and to know that if ever anything comes up, I know that Mike is just a quick phone call away, which is very reassuring.

Mike was very professional and he understood our requirements properly. He installed the carpet on the set date with in the given time frame.

Mike was very kind and helpful to work with, he called me back right away and gave me a quote within days. He understood I needed the carpet in urgent timing because I have 2 small kids 1 & 3 years old and the nails on the stairs from my previous carpet was still there so I always had to carry them up and down the stairs. He installed as soon as my order came in due to my circumstances and even offered to instal on Saturday Good Friday to get done as soon as possible. He has a wide selection of options to pick from and they were all lovely nothing like what you would see in a hardware store at all. This carpet perfectly suited my needs and looks even better in person. The installation was about 3 hrs and it a perfect job nothing to complain about at all. My new bedroom doors couldn’t close with the new carpet because they were not cut high enough and Mike solves that problem on the spot. He took the doors off the hinges and cut them outside just enough so that the door would close without a huge gap. I am so pleased with the product and service I would absolutely recommended to anyone you will not be disappointed!! Thank you Mike our home renovations are now complete and our stairs have a beautiful look I already received compliments from family members this Easter weekend!
