Mike and his team at Torontonian flooring are exceptional to deal with. Their attention to detail is impeccable and there reliability is unmatched. We had our entire main floor tiled in a very complicated herringbone pattern with a design feature broken out into it from the front lobby and I couldn’t have imagined it turning out better! Mike and his team also carpeted our stairs and rooms and made us a custom area rug. They show up on time, they are accountable and reliable!

Mike made multiple trips to our house to help us choose what we wanted, and estimate the cost of the project. On the day of installation, He and his team were on time. The project took exactly how long he said it would, and they were done by the time we got back. I Can’t thank Torontonian flooring enough for such great customer service and patience. I must have bugged them 10 times to send more samples to me as I was struggling to get the perfect colour that would fit my new staircase. He went above and beyond and continued to answer questions and send samples of different styles and colours that I was interested in seeing. we also had to move or install date 3 times due to the staircase being delayed for completion and they were so understanding and still very accommodating. Very professional to deal with from start to finish. I would highly recommend this company for any carpet/flooring project.
