Within 24 hours, Jeffrey had checked the skylight, provided a written quotation, committed to a date for installation, covered the skylight with tarp to prevent further damage.
Jeffrey was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He took our stress/worry away, kept us apdated, did the replacement on time, laid tarps inside the house to protect floors, etc.

As a homeowner doing my own ensuite bathroom reno, we came up with the brilliant idea of a skylight over the shower space. After researching on homestars I called Jeff, who promptly returned my call and discussed the details. of course this was my critical path item, and I needed it done yesterday!

Jeff had me check truss measurement and send him picture to confirm the spacing we had, and by the next day he had confirmed the skylight availability and managed to squeeze me in the following friday.

The install itself was quick and painless. Jeff took a number of photos from the roof, and walked me through what had been done there. He then talked me through details to consider when building the skylight tunnel itself. Over the course of that I had a few questions which Jeff promptly got back to me on (keeping me on track).

Jeff recently installed a sun tunnel for us in our stairwell of our home which tends to be very dark. Our new sun tunnel floods the area with natural light and it’s one of the best decisions we’ve ever made. Jeff is uber professional and did a superb job with installation. He was very clear in communication, met all deadlines and was on budget. I wish all trades people working on our homes could be like Jeff! We wouldn’t hesitate to hire him again. We had a leaking skylight and I called Jeff from Moore skylights..He came over and gave us a great price. On the day of insulation he was on time as agreed on. Jeff is very professional and he covered the stairs and carpet that was under the old skylight. The skylight looks great and we are very pleased with the work. We contacted Moore Skylights as a third quote/inspection of skylights in our home we had recently moved into. Jeff came within a few days and did a thorough inspection. We found out only two of our skylights really needed to be replaced, which was opposite of what we were told previously.
He was professional, honest and even took photos to show is why and how replacement was necessary. Therefore, we went with him immediately.
