Jeff was on time, on budget and very professional. He came out to our house to assess the issue. Recommended only the work we needed (we have three skylights and his recommendation included not doing anything with one because he didn't identify any issues).

Our skylight needed to be changed but the shingles around it were also improperly laid (5 months earlier by another contractor) resulting rain seeping into the house. Luckily, we found Jeff who has a very professional attitude, is conscientious in his work, and honest. We chose him because he was very honest telling us why we should wait for the ideal time instead of pocketing our $$ immediately. It was worth to wait even though we wanted desperately to save our ceiling. Jeff found time in his busy schedule to do our job as soon as the weather permitted, saving us the stress. Jeff took picture of his work, reassuring us. In the recent strong rainfalls (floods in many places), we could sleep soundly!!
I showed the picture to my knowledgeable colleague and he took Jeff's contact info. The price was comparable to other competitors. Just wish we could clone Jeff for painting, kitchen renovation, basement, etc. :). I strongly recommend Jeff. He is undoubtedly very reliable. Thanks Jeff.

Jeff was an absolute pleasure to deal with from the start.

He came out of his way to Newcastle to give a recommendation as to whether or not I should get a Sun Tunnel, or Skylight for our second floor hallway / stairwell.

Jeff recommended a Sun Tunnel over the skylight based on the positioning required, how much work was required, costs and how much light was needed.

Jeff was able to quote on the spot, was detailed enough to check up in the attic to ensure accuracy (as in my specific case, the distance to the roof required two extensions for the sun tunnel tube).

The equipment was ordered and job was completed a couple of weeks later (even having to plan our day carefully in the midst of recent spouts of rain).

Jeff was on time (he courteously came early as I had to leave for an appointment) and finished in the exact amount of time he had originally stated (3-4 hours). Jeff kept everything clean with drop sheets, provided before/after pictures and the cost was exactly as quoted. He also explained in detail the procedure and what makes a good sun-tunnel installation... which inspired confidence that his work is of great quality and will last.

Overall a pleasure to work with, I would recommend to anyone looking for a sun tunnel or skylight. I will likely come back for a second in the near future.

Jeff replaced our old crappy skylight with a new one. Now we can see the sky and the light! Jeff is a true professional to deal with and did a great job on the install. Now that we need some landscaping work done, my only complaint is that, sadly, Jeff does not do retaining walls.

Wanted a light tunnel for a room that has no outside walls or windows. The room is located in a one story portion of the house. Very happy with the installation and the result. Jeff is great to deal with and completed job as scheduled.

We had an old large skylight that began leaking. Jeff came quoted a price, discussed various options to satisfy our needs and agreed on a price. The job was completed in a timely manner, professionally done with great site clean up and restoration. We could not be happier.

Moore Skylights/Jeff did a fantastic job, from beginning to end, replacing our old and leaking skylight with a new one. From the initial communication right through to the finished job, we found Jeff extremely helpful, very knowledgeable and professional.
Weather was bad and although he had other jobs he fit ours in as the skylight was leaking badly and causing the stucco on the ceiling to drop off and making a tremendous mess on the stairs and landing. He answered all of our questions with expertise and really made us feel comfortable about the whole process ensuring that we knew exactly what he would be doing during the replacement.
Jeff took before and after photo's of our roof and skylight which he emailed to us and took the time to explain each photo to my husband. He matched the shingles using top quality products throughout the job.
