Great service from Moore Skylights. We found Jeff and decided to go with Moore Skylights for our replacement skylights. Jeff was very professional and on time. We got exactly what was need to complete our install. Jeff has a huge knowledge of skylights and installation. We highly recommend using Moore Skylights.

Jeff is professional, courteous, friendly, communicative and prompt. He did a great job replacing our three old skylights. He contacted us to let us know that the materials were in. He contacted us to let us know that the original date for the work was going to be rained out. He arrived on time on the appointed day and completed the work in 4 hours. He wore a mask when near us, and only came into our house to put down and remove the tarp under the skylights (and he first asked if we were ok with that, or if we wanted to put it down ourselves). He took photos of the before and after! The post-installation clean up was impeccable. We highly recommend Moore Skylights.

Jeff was friendly prompt and informative. After the job was complete he took the time to share pictures from the roof of the newly installed skylight and made sure to clean any debris that might have fallen during the installation.

What can I say about Jeff and his excellent work that hasn’t been said? He was timely, thorough, professional, kind, and did a great job. We had an old cracked acrylic skylight that needed to be replaced, and we needed a new vent on the roof to attach to the bathroom fan. Jeff arrived to inspect the situation and offer a quote, and at the same time placed a tarp over the cracked skylight to make sure there were no leaks while we waited for the new skylight to arrive. He did the work when he said he would, finished on time, and the end product looks great and seems to be doing its job as it should. Jeff is honest and responsive over email and phone and that was important to us. I feel confident he will be responsive in the future if there are any issues. His quote was also highly competitive. You won’t be disappointing hiring him. I wholeheartedly recommend him and have already done so to all my friends looking to install skylights or replace old ones. We will be having him also replace our other skylight in a year or two. Thank you for your excellent work, Jeff. We really appreciate it.

We had a sun tunnel installed in our dark stairwell and it turned out so much better and brighter than we thought.
Jeff did a great job, showed up on time, explained thoroughly what he had to do, and was really nice. And the price he quoted us was very reasonable. Highly recommend Moore Skylights to others.

Jeff is exceptionally talented and great at his job. Excellent communication, friendly, focused and blazing fast. He installed two sun tunnels in my bathrooms and they are absolutely amazing! Great and neat work. I would highly recommend him anytime.

Not knowing who to contact about a roofing/skylight problem we had been struggling with for years, we consulted HomeStars and found that Moore Skylights had many, many great reviews and thought we give them a try.
Jeff quickly identified that the issue was that our skylight was not designed to handle the low-slope roof upon which it had been installed.
He gave us a quote that seemed fair, and included re-shingling the whole area around the skylight.
He showed up on time, did the work quickly and efficiently, took photos of every step of the replacement and repair, and cleaned up once the job was done.
Jeff is young, friendly, honest and punctual. He is a one-man operation, so if you have any questions or issues he is the one who is happy to talk you through them.
And although Jeff completed the job for us only two days ago and there hasn't been any rain (or snow) to test the new skylight and roof repair, he does provide a ten-year warranty on his workmanship.

Our skylight was leaking back in May. We called a few contractors to get some quotes after reading the reviews on HomeStars, We subsequently chose Jeff at Moore Skylights after having spoken on the phone with him. We mentioned our concern of not wanting someone to enter our house due to the social distancing policy during the Pandemic. Jeff was understanding and assured us that all the work could be done outside. He arrived promptly on the date and finished replacing our skylight in a few hours. It has been six months and we have not had any issues with it. Thank you Jeff for a job well done. We would definitely recommend him to other customers.
