Solid Eavestrough

A section of the eavestrough needed to be replaced because of a leak, which is a very small job that many companies are not interested in doing. But Yaron from SOLID dropped by the next day and gave me a quote. He also noticed that some caulking was needed around the basement window and a few other spots so he offered to do it as well. He set a tentative date the following week, depending on the weather. He was very polite, professional and efficient, did a good job, which only took about an hour.

Eavestrough was blown away by the wind, Yaron fixed the eavestrough and the down pipe, i was very happy with the end result excellent job, well done . I would definitely recommand this company.

The winds last week cause a number of roof tiles to buckle. Since I use Yaron's company last year to clean the eves I call him and he came with in a week . Many of his clients had similar issues. Repair was quick and solid. He even clean up the eves that were partially dirty without asking

We had a few days with strong winds and we noticed that one of the Downspouts fell on the ground and was damaged and another section of the Eavestrough was loose and detached from the Fascia board.
We called 2 different Eavestrough companies and no answer. Then we called Solid Eavestrough who responded quickly. We described the situation and they knew exactly what was the problem and offered solutions. The next day they were here and installed a new, larger Downspout & installed brackets on the section that was loose.
They also gave us 2 years warranty on the repair and the installation of the Downspout.
Very professional friendly & pleasant to work with.

Solid Eavestrough & Solid Job!!

Yaron and his team were friendly, professional and efficient. He advised us on the best solution for our particular situation. We also had a particular problem with water flow from the roof that was creating a safety problem on our driveway in the winter. Other contractors were unable to solve the problem or said we just had to live with it. Yaron and his team re-engineered the water flow from the roof and got rid of the problem once and for all. All of this was included in the very competitive price. I would recommend them 100%! Note - the price included all the work for the entire house (4600+ sq ft), the garage, and leaf guards all around.

Professional, courteous, great with the kids, helpful and responds quickly to requests. He honoured his quote, he did extra work and he was very pleasant and polite. A wonderful gentleman, a great service. Highly recommend him to others.

These guys are excellent. I definitely recommend them if you need your eaves cleaned or repaired. Very nice guys, very fast, thorough and fair. I will definitely use them again when I need my troughs cleaned in a couple years (and my eavestroughs will still exists in a couple years because of the repair these guys did). My two storey house was built 15 years ago and due to the height involved, I have no way of knowing whether or not the gutters require cleaning. I read the reviews on this site and enlisted the services of Tip Top to have my eavestrough cleaned for the first time. Yaron provided a quote over the phone, which was reasonable and booked an appointment to do the work two weeks later.
He arrived with his crew at the scheduled time and performed an inspection prior to starting the work. He said that although he would be happy to do the job, the eaves were clean and that I should use the money to take my family out for a nice dinner instead of paying him to do unnecessary work.
It was refreshing to deal with a contractor who's honesty and ethics override the need to make a dollar. Thank you.
