The gentlemen at Envisions did work worthy of the highest praise with an approach of the most excellent standards. Proficient, trustworthy, and punctual, they simply did what they said they were going to do without the hassle and shortcomings i have dxperienced with others. They were thoroughly communicative, and I was most impressed with theor recommendations regarding sifferent material/suppliers/trades people. Surely I shall recommend them to everyone I know.

I contacted this valued customer who happened to be a professional in engineering, QA, QC, etc. (as he stated) in order to find out why we were not able to meet his 100% satisfaction. Unfortunately, he was a person who thinks 100% satisfaction does not exist. He was not happy that he had received a text message from us in Canada Day and was questioning our values and talking about ethics and refused to comment on quality of our work. He later on ended the conversation as he found himself superior in anyway and not willing to comment.

I highly recommend Envisions Remodeling. Our project was a fence build. They replied to our first call promptly, were on time to provide service, provided great suggestions, politely responded to our many changes, started everyday when they said they would, kept the work area clean and used high quality materials which resulted in exemplary results. We will use Envisions Remodeling for all of our future remodeling projects.
