I sent an email through the website . I was contacted first thing in the morning and had a very informative conversation with Tom. After the conversation I felt very confident in his knowledge and honesty. Tom came to our house that day and was able to ensure that the product he suggested would satisfy our needs The unit was installed the following day. I was so impressed with his knowledge, courtesy, professionalism, immediate service and when he left our house the area where he worked was spotless.
