Clean House

Alex and Marina were able to accommodate my schedule on very short notice. They arrived early, which was a nice surprise, and were ready to go. I had just taken over this unit and it was very dirty. Having being recently painted, there was paint splatter all over my wood flooring. They did a deep cleaning of the unit, cabinets, appliances and windows (which he threw in for free!)

While they cleaned I was assembling some bathroom furniture. When Alex was done cleaning he even helped me assemble and put up my furniture! He is a good man. :)

I've had a regular cleaning service in my previous home and they were stellar and hard to beat. Alex and Marina were exceptional and I will be hiring them for a regular cleaning. I slept like a baby last night in my squeaky clean home. Thank you!

We were very impressed with the house cleaning Alex and his team provided. Nothing was required on our end, they had it all! They are flexible with timing and good with dogs. We will definitely call on them again!

I wish I could provide Clean House with a stellar review; however, I was a little disappointed in their work.

As a first-time user of Clean House's services, before I retained them, I spoke with Alex and requested a "deep cleaning" of my small (1,300 sq ft) semi-detached house (2 levels) and asked for the first floor windows to be washed and for the bedding to be changed (for which I agreed to pay their deep cleaning fee of $300.00). I acknowledged that the window washing and changing of the bedding was not standard and was a one-time service but Alex agreed to include it as part of the "deep cleaning". Although I clean every week and my house was pretty neat and tidy, I wanted the house to have a good thorough overall dusting and cleaning.

Alex and his 2-member team came to my house to meet with me at about 10:45 am and, before leaving for work, I walked him around the house. When I came home that night, I walked around to check everything out. At first glance, everything looked clean but as I walked around and looked more closely, I noticed that the shower stall doors were a little streaky; there was still a little dust left on my desk that had been overlooked; one shelf in my family room had not been dusted; and there were crumbs left between the sofa cushions. I also noticed that in each room a few things had been moved to clean (which I appreciated) but that they had been put back in different places so I spent about 30 minutes walking from room to room to put everything back to where they were originally. The cleaners kindly took out the recycling which was in a blue recycling bag in the kitchen; however, they also mixed in some non-recyclables and then tossed everything into the grey garbage bin outside (which I had to fish out, separate and then place into their respective proper bins).

If I had retained Clean House for a "regular cleaning" and not a "deep cleaning", I probably would not have been as critical; however, for the price that I paid for such a small house, I expected more...and I was disappointed.

Alex and Marina was able to accommodate my schedule and short notice to clean my 1 bedroom apartment. They arrived on time and they were very friendly. They were able to do a deep clean and remove the construction debris from a new unit. It took approximately 2 hours and they did a great job.

I hired Alexander and Marina to clean 3 bdr condo before putting it for sale. The place was in a very bad condition. After three hours of hard work it became spotless.

They are so professional, they come with all their own cleaning supplies and vacuum. They are extremely, professional, efficient and fast. Hired Clean House for deep clean of condo loft after moving. There wasn't a corner missed, every detail including vacuuming the brick walls and cleaning the hanging pipes was cared for. The attention to detail was amazing!

Alex made me register to Homestar so I can write a review about him. That's how good he is. I have used cleaning services before, but not even CLOSE to what Alex did to my condo. He and one other lady (didn't catch her name, very nice and polite tho) came in and made my condo looks like a brand new build. 6+ years of build up in my fridge and stove (I was planning to replace it if it can't be cleaned as I've tried few times and failed....), ALL GONE. I just wish I had before and after picture, bc it looks brand new. Even pulled out my fridge and stove to clean the area. Didn't even realize he cleaned my screening door. Bathroom tiles looks amazing... I caught them just on their way out and when he showed me the place, I just laughed... I had to tip them just to show my appreciation. All this may sound too good to be true, but it's real and I usually don't write raving reviews on anything. Thank you Alex (and the lady), I will definitely give you a call soon when I move into new house.

I had a wonderful experience with Clean House. They were punctual, courteous and did an excellent job. I called other companies to get a quote but Alex was the only one that took the time to come see the house before giving me a quote. Not only did he provide the best price for deep cleaning but included the basement cleaning ( even though I said no) just because he wants to do a good job. Highly recommended and will definitely use them again.

Highly recommended! Professional, punctual and responsible team. My place looks brand new and extremely clean. Great service and would use them again for regular cleaning of my apartment. Very impressed with their customer service!
