From helping me pick out the best options for my home, to providing a timely quote, to delivering and installing the product with precision and care. Installation did not take long at all and every blind was set perfectly. There was not a single thing out of place and everything was cleanly done. I was trained on how to use the products, how to clean them, and how to get them fixed should anything happen. I would highly recommend this company.

Tom at Sunset Blind and Shade was friendly and professional as well as very helpful in showing us all the selections, styles, and colours, and in helping select what was right for our needs. He was very accommodating with his time and schedule as well. What could have been a stressful experience (we had 18 windows to cover) was made much easier because of him.

I contacted Tom quite late in our renovation as we hadn't been able to decide what to do about window treatments. We were quite overwhelmed with all the decisions we were making in the larger renovation. I saw Tom's reviews here on Homestars and made an appointment for him to come over and discuss our options. It was very helpful to get his advice and I felt very confident we had made the right choice.

Tom was able to get our shutters ordered and installed very quickly - I thought for sure we'd be having a sheet over our bedroom window for a couple of weeks but we had them for the first night back in our house after being out for 10 weeks. We were so pleased.

He was very knowledgable about the products and was also able to work within our budget, working out a few possibilities before we made a final decision. Tom, the owner, provided exceptional customer service from the onset of this project to completion. His patience, extensive product knowledge and advice were invaluable while selecting Stage curtains and window treatments. He addressed all queries thoroughly and quickly. Tom provided regular progress updates regarding Fabric arrival and the manufacturing process. Our site wasn't ready which meant the Drapery installation had to be postponed; more than once. Tom was incredibly accommodating and he went above and beyond to ensure the end result was perfect. He steaming the drapes to remove the unwanted folds from storing the Drapes, and steamed them again after one of the Trades tied them up. He even comes by every now and then to make any adjustments he feels are necessary. I don't know how you top that!
