We had a 70 amp service that needed to be changed out. Upon a recommendation we called Mike to come out and look at the job. Mike scheduled Inspections and Epcor and had the power off and on in a smooth manner. As we have an infant Mike also wired his generator up to keep the heat going for us while we waited. Professional and easy to work with, I would definitely refer him to others.

I recently lost power to half of my bedroom. I found Fused Power online and decided to give him a try. He was very prompt in his response and kept in constant contact to notify me of any changes in his schedule. The problem was solved in a reasonable time and he even installed some usb plugs for us with the extra time that was left on the call. We discussed some further plans for home improvements and will be using his services in the near future.

MY wife and I tried to use our oven recently and the power wasn't working . We called Fused Power and Mike came out to look. He discovered our 40Amp break was bad and located us a temporary replacement. We discussed a few upgrades in the home and will be using him in the future. Thanks for the help its great to be able cook home meals again.

After hiring multiple contractors and being mislead I was given Mikes number from a co-worker. Mike came in to look at my job and discovered all kinds of problems. Mike then rewired the whole kitchen and had an inspector come by to certify everything. He even went as far as finding me a contractor to do my tiles. It wa. quite an ordeal before I met Mike. I'm glad that I have found someone trust worthy. Very professional honest and fair.

We were having trouble with our outside plug so we call Mike o a recommendation. He came out quickly and replaced the plugged discovering the breaker tripped. Mike also advised us on the breakers that we installed during a reno were improper and he credited us cost of the breakers and put the proper ones in. Great service and highly professional.

Mike came to upgrade the electrical system from 60 watt to 100 watt in our 1/2 duplex. Mike did a great job, he replaced the mess of wires in the electrical panel and made it so everything was simple and straight forward. We would use Mike again and have already referred him to a friend. Thanks for your help Mike!

We called Mike to check on our electrical system. He advised us that we need to upgrade our electrical panel box. He arranged to have our power shut off with Epcore so that he could put in a new ground wire. Mike was very approachable and took the time to explain what needed to be done. We will definitely use him again!

In the beginning I had a good experience with Mike but at the end I find myself chasing after him to get the job done. When we brought him back to complete the finish electrical which I had already paid for, it took many phone calls and texts before hearing from him and having him actually come back to finish the job. He said he was out of town on a family emergency and apologized that no one got back to me sooner. No problem. He finished the electrical and I was happy. But now I have a faulty breaker that if I plug in anything in my bedroom, the breaker blows. He called me immediately when I texted him with the issue and said that he could come by sometime the next week and it would only take 20 minutes so he'd let me know when he could come switch it out. I've called him 3 times and left 4 text messages and an email with no response. I was not in a rush to get this done immediately but would appreciate a response even if it was to tell me he was too busy this week and would come by next week.

Edit:
After finally hearing from Fused Power only after submitting online complaints, he says the reason why he is ignoring me is because of unsettled payments. I asked for the invoices and receipts 3 months ago which he finally sends now, again, only after going online to complain. The invoices don't add up properly and he's now saying I owe him extra which was never discussed with me and there are no details on the invoice. For all I know he could be making it up. None of these fees were ever discussed. I have been without power in my bedroom for three weeks because of your accounting errors and unprofessionalism.

Very professional and a reasonable rate .
Mike checked the power system before and after he put a new electrical panel/box light .
Also suggested looking at replacing our smoke alarms as they are past a safe working life.

MY family and I recently moved from out of province. In the process of moving we took our hot tub with us. Once settled in the new house we called Fused Power and someone came out and looked at the site. We hired them and the install/ inspection went great. We were also advised of breakers that were not the same brand in our panel and they replaced them for us. Great work and appreciated the extra advice. We will be calling them in the summer for some future upgrades.
