Ambicorp Property Inspections

We bought our house when the housing market was at its peak, and we couldn't get an inspection. Rob came in to give us one, and did an awesome job.

We walked round the house and he gave us pointers of things that needed to, or could be be improved. He also suggested approximate costs for the changes, and what we needed to prioritize doing.

Within 24 hours we'd received a long detailed PDF report of everything he'd said to us (plus a whole bunch more minor things to address at some point). It was a pleasure working with Rob and I'd highly recommend his services.

We recently purchased a house and Ambicorp was on the list of vendors our agent provided us with. I contacted Rob on very short notice. Rob is very nice, on time, helpful and explain to me how the home inspection works and give the home owner advise on what to expect in the long run if it is not fixed or changed. I would defenitely recommend it to anyone want a home inspection.

I read many reviews and had a specific list of expectations (i.e. experience, digital report with pictures, thermal imaging using a flir, reasonable fee, credit card payment). Rob from Ambicorp is very personable and met all of my expectations. Rob was able to find many major deficiencies (e.g. issues with HVAC, electrical, foundation, garage & landscaping) and provided an easy to understand explanation. Inspection was completed in 2 hours in the morning and a report was emailed to me that same evening. Rob even provided a pdf and weblink of the report. The weblink and numbered pictures were very useful to enter into the description of each reported issue for my year-end Tarion report. Rob displayed a high level of professionalism, knowledge and experience in his analysis and final report. Rob gets my highest recommendation and future business.
