happy customer

Community Electric was great. They visited the project within 2 days of calling, provided a quote within the next 2 days, answered many questions and clarified the quote via e-mail and phone calls. Once the estimate and scope of the work was agreed to, they were able to schedule the work to happen in 3 days. They showed up when they said they would and the job took as long as they estimated. After inspection of their work, I had a couple of questions and they came back to review them with me the next day. They revised the location of one light fixture without any extra charge, since the original location was never coordinated. They are all very courteous and pleasant to work with. I will definitely be calling them back whenever I have any electrical work to be done.

Excellent service

They inspected the light switch timers, replaced those that needed it, checked if they worked, set the timers, replaced a timer for a standard light switch, and rewired a switch that posed a fire hazard. They showed me their work, explained what needed to be done, let me make the decision to proceed, and provided excellent customer service. I would definitely use them again.
And all done with a friendly, courteous attitude.

Electrical issues

Everything about the repair went extremely well. The person we talked with on the phone got us a quick repair time slot. The electrician who came out was right on time. He was very friendly, professional and competent. He answered our questions and gave us advice on our electrical system. He performed the repairs quickly and well. Very important to us, he was very careful with our floors, walls, ceiling and furniture. He brought cloths on which to place his ladder and tools, and he slipped on protective "booties" each time he came into our home. We felt the price was very reasonable for the work he performed. We will certainly contact Community Electric for any future electrical needs.

Smoke Detectors

Community Electric installed 4 new smoke detectors for my parents house, and I was very pleased with the work and the deal that they gave me. I had priced these out in Home Depot to be more like $40 each, and I thought I could just connect myself, but I tried this several times with several brands and then just decided to have them done by professionals, since it became apparent that the unit's wire connectors needed to be changed out. There were 2 technicians/electricians -- one to re-wire the old sockets to fit the newer detectors and the other was installing the new smoke detectors around him. They completed the work in about 1 hour and made sure each was tested to my satisfaction. It ended up being about $100 per detector, but to have new ones and have them installed and tested was well worth it. Both electricians were friendly and professional. Thank you Community Electric.

Great quality work

I had a great experience working with Community Electric. Without writing a novel, here are some of the major points that impressed me:
Communication with them via phone or email was always prompt and courteous.
Crew was punctual, showed up on time every time.
They showed a lot of care in figuring out a lighting solution that would fit our needs. Took the time to make sure that lines were straight, spacing was even, etc.
Professional and efficient with time.
They cleaned up after themselves.
Stood by their work: a switch failed after a couple of weeks and they promptly swapped it out free of charge.
I will definitely call them for future electrical needs.

i will use them everytime

2 guys came, actually showed up a little early. We had 3 lights replaced on outside of house (I purchased them before hand), an outlet fixed inside and a chandelier hung in our bedroom (box was already in ceiling and I had already purchased the chandelier). They got everything done in an hour, cleaned up and were on their way! The main guy wore a cowboy hat, can't remember his name but he was wonderful!!

Love my recessed lighting!

I received a response from the owner on the very day I posted my request, even though he just came home from his vacation. He asked me a few questions and then promised me a bid within two days. I received the bid as promised, actually a few hours earlier than had been promised, and it was comparable to another bid I had received over the phone. The work was scheduled exactly when I wanted it.Two workers showed up and clearly they knew what they were doing. They were both very nice gentlemen. They put down drop cloths and went right to work. Within three hours I had an ugly light box removed and six led recessed lights in my kitchen, a new chandelier over my dining table, a new ceiling fan in my living room . They cleaned up after themselves, even vacuuming the floors. I could not be happier with my experience. Love my recessed lighting!

Kitchen circuit breaker box

These guys are real pros. I was renovating my kitchen , I needed to rewire and install a circuit breaker box. I received an estimate from these guys first but everybody said I need to get at least three estimates. I wish I never waisted my time with other unreliable contractors and just handed the job to them immediately. Vlad came on time and finished on schedule. He even came back on the second day and redid work which he thought could be better. Everything came out great.

Attic located issue

Went well. Was able to get an appointment earlier due to a cancellation. Took a little time to find the problem because the breaker switch did not trip. So the problem was more difficult to locate. Was able to finally find the issue by smell of burnt plastic in the attic. He was friendly and professional and would recommend to anyone...have already recommend to another relative of mine.
