Green Choice Heating & Cooling

Green Choice is fantastic! We needed a tankless water heater replaced, and the job was done within 24 hours and at a very competitive price. I would highly recommend! Professional, knowledgeable, honest, really great guys. We're moving all of our heating and cooling needs to Green Choice!

Highly recommend Nathan, Jackson and the Green Choice team! They did a great job explaining to us what we'd be getting, was very honest, had a very reasonable price and was kind enough to explain to us (first time home owners) about furnaces, maintenance, etc.

We were so fortunate to have been referred to Nathan and Green Choice Heating and Cooling from our neighbourhood group. Enbridge shut down our furnace for high gas/CO readings but it was cold! Gave Nathan a call same evening, Jackson was able to swing by the next morning and diagnose the problem and worked with us to come up with the best solution. They were able to install a new furnace and humidifier the next morning (in a couple of hours) to get us back up and running - lifesaver! They also cleaned up some other things in our utility room.

We discovered a gas leak in our home at a very inopportune time. I was stressed out. Nathan took my call right away and sent a technician come first thing the next morning. Jackson, the technician, checked it out, explained the problem in plain language so that I could understand and then fixed it right away. A week or so later we had a scare that we may have another leak. Nathan came back two more times, at no charge, to make sure that there was no further leak. He was diligent in his efforts to make sure there was no problem. Thank you Nathan and Jackson!

Over the last few years, I have read so many positive reviews for Green Choice (and Nathan!) on our community Facebook group.

When it was time to update our water heater, we gave him a call and within a week, we had a new tankless water heater installed and the old one removed and dropped off for us.

Nathan was really knowledgeable about the product and with all of his experience, knew exactly the type of tank we needed for our home.

His crew arrived on time and had the job done within 4-hours. They even managed to clean up/replace some of our older gas/water pipes that were connected to the old water tank, so now it looks a lot neater and seamless in the basement ceiling.

The price was great, Nathan and his team really knew what they were doing and we are VERY happy with the end results. The tankless water heater gets hot water from the basement to our 2nd floor bathroom in 10-15 seconds, which is almost the same as our older tank. Definitely worth the upgrade!

So nice to get through to a real human (let alone the owner) when calling the furnace repair folks! Nathan was a prince from the word go...easy going demeanour, professional conversation, fast scheduling, on-time appointment and thorough inspection and recommendations (withour superfluous extra charges).

I needed to replace my end of life furnace and hot water heater, so I called a few companies and got several quotes. I had three companies come out to look at my furnace room and I immediately felt at ease with Nathan. His quote was also the cheapest for the exact same furnace.

When the Green Choice team was here, they were respectful of our space and our time and fixed some things that were no longer up to code. They took the time to explain everything to us and make sure they left our space safer and better than how they found it.

I really appreciate that Nathan is a self-proclaimed "furnace snob" and I feel great about going with Green Choice.

Our water heater was performing poorly and stopped working as the weather turned chilly. Total bummer! I received this company's referral from a neighbour. After speaking with one of the larger HVAC companies, within 5 minutes of speaking with Nathan at Green Choice, it was an easy decision to entrust the job to him.

Nathan was able to come by right away to assess and graciously accommodated us in their schedule in a week. Nathan and his associate were kind and professional and switched out our old water tank to a tankless unit. He took time to explain the new set-up and was nice to chat with. No price gauging, no BS.

We call Nathan and Green Choice heating and cooling based on many recommendations. As our A/C and furnace unit quit working in June 2020, just as the extreme heat weather was arriving in Toronto. We also decided to change to a tankless hot water heater at the same time. He came and gave us a quote and was able to fit us into his busy schedule. His team arrived and worked all day so it was done in one day. They are amazing and I highly recommend Nathan and his team!

My commercial cooling system broke. Nathan responded right away, was on time to repair it, explain the issue and took care of it. Very professional, responsible, and detail oriented. Highly recommended!
