Pedro and Sylvio responded promptly and helpfully right from the start (unlike some other companies whose estimates I was researching who either didn't call back at all or took days to do so!) and quickly met with me to review the job (on site) and then order the paint and flooring. It was great that they took over all the details (no running back and forth to a hardware/paint store!) and, in fact, did the job while we were away on vacation so that when we arrived home we had a new bedroom! This project was undertaken by another company recommended by a "designer". The contractor took my money but then refused to finish the job leaving lots of mess and some poor quality work. Having worked with RenoKrew before, I went to them to rescue me from a desperate situation which they did in a timely and professional manner. I have no hesitation in recommending them to others. I would like to take this opportunity to let you know how much we are enjoying our newly renovated home, and how pleased we were with your company and its exceptional work. RenoKrew exceeded our expectations.
Pedro and Frank were extremely professional, meticulous, and thorough in their explanation of design, pricing, work crew, and scheduling. They explained exactly how things would be done. Frank also came up with certain design recommendations for me, which blew me away. The attention to detail on his custom cabinetry for my bar is unbelievable.
Frank and Pedro would check in with their crews just about daily and would touch base with me on a regular basis. They reviewed their work and if something was not to their standards, they would have their crew make changes or re-do things. I couldn't have been more pleased.
Our home was a big project, which included the demolition of the entire interior. The renovation included a finished basement with bar, two bathrooms, a kitchen, two bedrooms, and a facelift on the exterior. Frank's excellent craftsmanship looks beautiful and has added to the value of our home.

We did a major renovation of our main floor and 3rd floors: new floors, painting, kitchen addition on the rear of our 100 year old home.
The work was done on schedule and dealing with both the owner of the company and the people doing the work was a pleasure. My family of 5 lived through the entire 5 month renovation and it was never uncomfortable having people in our home from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.
