Intricate Roofing & Contracting

After contacting insurance company and having them send a company in to rip out most of the damage in the basement that left me with a bit of a mess, I turned to google to look for help. I came across intricate roofing and contracting and after reading the reviews decided to give them a call.
They where here within 24 hours and looked at what had to be done, they then came up with some suggestions on how I could go about it in different ways as it was my bathroom and small adjoining bedroom that was connected and not in use. I really liked how he thought of making it a better more efficient space for the family.
He brought a few options to me and I was very happy with what I chose.
As the work was being done, he was always keeping me up to date on what he was doing...
They put a jaccuzi tub and water efficient toilet in there and also connected my laundry facilities up that have not been in use for 7 years..
I'm extremely happy with the work this company has provided me and will definitely be using them in the future!!!!

I called Intricate Roofing & Contracting just before this winter for a repair in my roof. Ivan showed up and did a great job. I am fully satisfied with his job and highly recommend him for those who are in need of roofing service.

Not only did Ivan from Intricate Roofing call me back rapidly, he came to my house rapidly to give me a quote. The job was a bit It was a bit tricky because of the weather, he had to sync with a few warmer days as we are at the beginning of January to do this installation of a total of 250 feet of cabling as well as the removal of the defective cabling already in place. He was professional, knowledgeable, prompt and I am very satisfied with his work. Thank you Ivan.

I contracted Ivan of Intricate Roofing to install heating cables on my roof and soffits to prevent ice dams. Ivan met with me and suggested a better cable than most roofers would use and advised where to purchase them. He was very fast in providing an estimate, as well as getting the installation done. His work is most thorough and professional and I would have no hesitation in hiring him again, or recomending him and his company to any friends or neighbours. He is very accomodating, friendly and knowledgeable in his profession.

Ivan answered 5 minutes after my quote request and was installing my heating cables the day after, on December 24th. The service was quick, professional and reliable. I’m really satisfied and I will call him back soon for small renovations. He even took the liberty to put some silicon where needed on my roof.

Repair of loose facia strip. I met Ivan when he was doing a job for a neighbour. I asked if he could do a small repair on a loose facia strip near peak of the roof. He gave me a fair quote and he did right then. I watched him do it, he did a most thorough job. He then cleaned the decorative vent cover on the wall near the peak. He was very pleasant, professional and did a good job. I would recommend Ivan.
