Maritime West Construction

We'd been building our new house for about a year and a half, and it was time to install a composite deck, so I found Rob at Maritime West on Homestars. He showed me one of his projects, so I knew he was experienced and could do the job well. He was extremely personable and communication was excellent throughout the experience.

The job was finished in one day and he did exactly what he promised he would do, and exactly what I was hoping he would do, and the quality was absolutely first class.

I really enjoyed his sense of humor and conversation, and I would definitely 100% recommend him for any deck building project you might have!

Robert and his team were incredibly friendly and efficient. My deck was done in just over a day. When my old deck was removed we found damage to the house. Robert was able to repair the damage and make sure that it wont occur again. Robert was great at communicating before during and after the project was complete. The job site was left clean and tidy. I would highly recommend Maritime West Construction.

Rob and his team rebuilt a fence, 2 decks and a bathroom Reno for me. Plus they built fences for 2 more of my neighbours.
Ill have them back to complete more Renos in the near future

Maritime West did an excellent job reinforcing my deck for a hot tub. The quote/cost was very reasonable and they were the only company who thought outside the box to get the job done properly given the small working area. I was very pleased with their work and their friendly crew and would highly recommend them!

The guys at Maritime West were east to communicate with and completed my job in a single day. They framed the unfinished section of our basement and reframed/moved an interior wall. Robert and Cam were knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. I would definitely make them my first call for my next project.

Maritime West replaced our old deck with an amazing new composite two level one. It looks amazing, they use Trex for the deck, we became big fans of that product.
Bob, and his team had brilliant ideas for transforming the rear of our home. Thus, they replaced a rear window with a beautiful sliding patio door. The exterior of the home had some artificial stonework installed, and shiplap on the interior. Yup, did not know what shiplap was, suffice to say it's amazing. We are extremely happy with the professionalism and quality of the work. We will definitely use Maritime West Construction again. -Ron Mikkelsen

Wow, very high-quality work, super nice crew, highly recommend, will bring them back for sure! Jay and Team have been exceptional. They constructed a very nice very long-run fence, for me and two neighbors, designed all our andscaping (not quite finished that project but they will be back), worked seamlessly with our concrete contractor, kept us very well informed (very strong communication ). We are super pleased and look forward to completing the project as soon as we can, but so far, amazing, you won't be disappointed.

Simply put, Rob and his crew were awesome and we could not believe how quickly we had our new deck built. In less than a week they had torn down and removed our old deck and had built the new one. A few final touches and it was done. They started early, they stayed late, and they got the job done. We couldn't be happier with our new deck which looks absolutely amazing. Highly recommend! 10/10.
