I recently had shutters put through out my whole house by Jeffery Paul Home Improvements and I found this Company very professional. They were prompt with delivery and the service i received was excellent. I had other quotes and they were the best. The quality of this product is top notch and i highly recommend to others to check out this company. The salesmen knowledge of all his products was second none, as he was very helpful with his suggestions that i pick the correct product for my windows.

He will aggressively try to push the sale sending texts and calling, rambling on and on. When he does get your money and sends over his installer Tony Peruzza (or his son) they'll do a rushed, shoddy job, taking no pride in their work whatsoever. I was promised free rollers because they messed up and took so long to install, he never made good on his word. They don't bother to caulk your shutters leaving ample bleed. Jeffrey nor his installers will not answer your calls after the job, they're onto the next call deceiving the next customer in line.

The after sales service is mediocre at best. They do not take ownership of their mistakes. An incorrect measurement was taken and it took them months to deliver the correct sized product. This was done after we had to remind them of the fact. Furthermore, their guarantee is seriously lacking. Had I been here when my family was shopping around for blinds, I would have found a far superior business with higher customer satisfaction at a better price.

I love the Shadomatic product, but would look for another dealer. The price was okay, but the after sales service was less than great. I would not give my recommendation.

Jeffrey Paul provided exceptional quality service ,consulting and workmanship. he is very professional and friendly. it was worth paying the extra price vs. other offers for quality. I've heard horror stories from people who have booked with the lowest price and got poor service - not acceptable.
