The customer service I received from ordering to installation was exceptional. Otto, the project coordinator, was wonderful . He took the time to explain all the details and made sure I was happy with everything before placing the order. The installers, Rustam and his co worker, were professional punctual and efficient. We have been so impressed with Panorama Windows and Doors that this is our second time using their services. Last year, we had windows installed and were thrilled to discover that there was no condensation on the new windows. This year, we reached out to Otto to arrange the replacement of the rest of our windows, eager to eliminate the daily task of wiping them down. From the estimate to the installation and cleanup, we received excellent service. We even opted to change the window design on some of them to allow for opening on both sides.
