Moe and Mike's team has done an excellent job in installing pot lights to my home. They are very professional and efficient. I rescheduled my appointment with very short notice. They made extra efforts to meet my requirement. They assigned two teams to come to do my job at their after work time (evening). I really appreciated their work and will certainly recommend them to anyone who has the need.

Moe's team installed 20 potlights in our condo and new switches/dimmers in all rooms. They were very professional, turned up on time, very clean and courteous. We were really impressed with the work they did and would certainly recommend them to anyone and have them back in again if we need more work doing. Overall an excellent job, very satisfied.

The crew arrived on time and did quality work at a very fair price. They used drop cloths and were careful not to make a mess in our house. I will definitely use Quality Potlight again.

These guy are the best of the best...Moe/Mike and his team are beyond words in terms of workmanship, friendliness and quality of work. These guys knew what they were doing...of the 33 potlights installed, they only had to cut 1 hole in the drywall. Unbelievable..They even recommended where I should place the potlights and how many. Mike asked me how bright I wanted each room to dictate the number of potlights. They mopped and vacuumed the house after their work was completed. I cannot think of one area of improvement...Communication was prompt. Moe and his team are #1 in this industry in terms of lighting. Once we get warmer weather, I will get Moe to come back to install outdoor potlgihts for me. After doing research, I realized that there are people in the market who would do it more economically but would not cover the electrical job by written quote and invoice. Moreover, the licence and insurance are also a question mark. When it comes to electrical job, one should never be penny wise. So, I looked for registered companies and among them found out Quality Potlight very reasonably priced and backing up all the regulatory requirements. As far as the installation team is concerned, I found all the team extremely conscious of cleanliness, privacy and respect for the household and the job was done in real methodical precision.

I requested Mike to have a look at two chandelier which had stopped working for some time and which I thought to get attended by electricians once pot light job was started. Mike showed me burnt wires in them which could have a safety hazard. He not only replaced them by two chandeliers spared by the pot lights, he did not charge any extra for them.

The experience was really great and reassuring and I would recommend them to all my friends and family. I wish them great success.

***Customer services, follow up is the KEY***
We purchase a townhouse there are lot of restiction. Therefore, makes this project more difficult. After project completed we moved in few months later. We find some minor problem happen here & there on the lighting. Moe always answer the phone and follow up. He make sure fix all the problems. 100% happy customer satisfaction and his term excellent workmanship. I am going to hire Moe's team again on my next project. Also referral to all my friend and family.

Moe came to our home to prepare a custom quote for us and when finished, carefully explained each step in the process.
On the day of the installation he and his crew arrived on time. Firstly they covered all of our furniture and then walked us through the precise placement of the lights in each room also confirming the positioning of each of the switches.
Any time they had a question about an aspect needing to be "fine tuned", they involved us in the decision making BEFORE proceeding.
Upon completion, they did a good job cleaning up and putting the furniture back in place for us.
Moe then re-visited the quotation confirming each step had been done. Because we were able to use some existing switches, we even saved $100 off his quoted price, which was a nice benefit.
If you are seriously thinking about having pot lights installed in your home, we would heartily recommend QUALITY POTLIGHT.
