That is the same thing Frank did too me, Signed a contract for work to start 2-3 weeks, After 8 weeks he left me a message[That I still have] I was being put on a stand-by list to have driveway removed. Stand-by it was a little LATE for that. This held up the whole project, Asked for my deposit back and he was very rude in saying not going to happen. He is the one that did not up hold his end of the contract. At least the last fellow got his driveway removed before they kept his deposit, Just wanted people to see how he works. Hope he does not do this too you. Check BBB-Rating.

We called Frank after spending months trying to get ahold of another paving company that took our deposit, removed the driveway and never came back to finish paving. Frank provided a quote promptly and an estimate date for paving. He has since completed the job on time and on budget. We are very pleased with the work and would strongly recommend Frank and his team to others.

I had no idea where to start to find a company for our driveway re-paving job, so I turned to Homestars. I read the solid reviews of Turcon and called Frank to set up a time for him to come out to review the driveway and provide a quote. He was kind, curtious and very knowledgeable. Frank explained the whole process and then delivered on exactly what we had discussed - on time and on budget. What else can you ask for?! The end result looks fantastic - couldn't be happier. Initial review: I found Frank to be a man of his word who returned calls and emails promptly and delivered on a great looking driveway within the timelines he estimated. It was a positive experience.

UPDATED review: BEWARE of this company if you have concerns about the results within the 1 year warranty period. My efforts to get Frank to respond to email and texts were unsuccessful. I was able to reach him on the phone 9 days after receiving no response to my contact attempt through HomeStars. He didn't acknowledge my email, told me that cracks should reseal themselves in hot weather (meanwhile we just experienced 3 straight days of 30 degree weather and the crack in the middle of the driveway did not disappear). He said to send a text with the photo of the crack. I did. No response from Frank. I sent a follow up text 3 days later....No response. 4 days after that, still no response. So, BEWARE. My experience with this company started of good but there was ZERO customer service or help in the face of a problem after the work was done and within the 1 year warranty period.
