I did a lot of research and had called many companies for a quote. Roy got back to me quickly, and he was very patient and professional answering my questions. He explained that, after the excavation, there would be an approximate 3 week wait before paving. However, he noted that factors such as rain could delay the scheduled job. I said that I had no problem with this, just as long as there was good communication should delays occur. Our scheduled date was for a Friday, but heavy rain prevented the work. I spoke with Roy later that day and he provided a new date for the Tuesday as it was supposed to be a clear day. As it got nearer to the date, I was afraid that the date would be called off as rain was again predicted in the forecast, but Roy called the night before and assured us that the job was still a go. He gave an estimated time, again, explaining that it couldn't be approximate, which was fine. Some of the crew arrived earlier and promptly cleared the area of leaves and then the other trucks soon followed. The job was done quickly and cleanly, and Roy was on hand to answer any questions that I had. I am very satisfied with the job, the professionalism and communication provided by Roy, and I highly recommend Westview Paving Inc.

Contractor signed job on 3rd September 2015, Dig and Excavation done on 16th September 2015, told to expect Asphalt to be done in 3 weeks, we assumed expected date would be 7th October 2015,did not hear from contractor until last week of October 2015, had to call the office twice to get a call back. Asphalt driveway done on 7th November 2015. Cash Job. Would not recommend Company. If doing business with company, get the dates in writing on the contract. We were told ours was "not the only driveway", as a reason for the delay, company only cared about the cash not the customer.

I emailed several asphalt companies for a quote,only Westview Paving replied promptly. Joe Tabangi came on time next day.Joe explained how removal and laying new asphalt will be done with time frame.I was surprised when Joe and his team with so many trucks came to remove, it took them 1 hour.I was more surprised when they came to put new asphalt, perfect slope and all team knew different jobs they had to do.Job well done. I highly recommend Joe trustworthy, honest guy who knows asphalt well

Joe did a great job. He came highly recommended to me by my parents, and he met all my expectations. His team was meticulous from start to end and the price was very reasonable. All in all the driveway looks great, clean and the job was top notch.

I was very happy with the work they did and it was done on schedule. There was great communication with Roy from Westview and his guys were always there when he said they were going to be.

This is as good as driveways can get. The job was done properly, starting with a perfectly straight cut, right down to the straight edge on my grass line, in preparation for the wood curbs.

The gravel was left to settle for an appropriate amount of time, and a beautiful paving job was done.

Roy and his crew did an excellent job in re-paving my driveway and building a concrete pathway from front door to driveway. Roy was a pleasure to deal with and I would definitely recommend his company. Great work and very professional.

They removed the curbs and the old driveway pavement on a Saturday.

820 sq. ft. driveway was repaved 6 weeks later, i didn't mind that, the driveway settled better after a lot of rain. Done in an afternoon (3-4 hrs) because all the equipment and needed experienced people were there to do the job inspite of the really hot day.

They drove the heavy roller a foot inside the garage to ensure even spread where the driveway meetys the lip od the garage, makes sence. It is an inch higher there as it may go down in time???

Searching for a contractor can be lengthy and taxing on home owners. Multiple quotes, requests to see job sites, comparing pricing and timelines all come in play.
Needless to say Roy was very professional in estimating the job required (not only for myself but for our entire street). He was the only contractor to provide a breakdown of all work required (from curbs, walkways and asphalt)...unlike competitors who only provide a dollar figure on the back of a business card.
Roy's team was very professional and courteous. They kept the job site clean and were always on time. Roy himself was on site overlooking the jobs and any questions/concerns were answered. This was a big job...and I and all the neighbors were very content with the high quality of workmanship.
I am very glad to have made the correct decision on tendering out the work to Westview Paving.
