Alex was great! He came and fixed my clogged sink that was preventing me from even using my dishwasher.

When he was unable to come on the date scheduled he made up for with having lunch on him with a gift card.

Tyler is fantastic! This was our first time dealing with a plumber, and we are SO happy we decided to call Tyler at 'Drain Right Now'. We had a issue with our 2nd floor toilet not flushing. I called Tyler, and unlike many other plumbing companies, he took the time to talk out over the phone what the issues could possibly be, and the prices involved which were very reasonable. We decided to replace the toilet, so Tyler went out and picked up a brand new toilet, and had it installed in less then 30 minutes. He cleaned up the work area as well as the hallway, he even tried to put our baby gate back up for us that we had to remove to get the boxes up and down the stairs. Tyler came out on short notice to clear a clogged sewage drain. He was friendly, professional and informative. Work was completed quickly and he cleaned up after the repair. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Tyler was very professional and very personable. He was also very knowledgeable. He answered all our plumbing questions and was very patient. It was our very first time dealing with a plumber and we were very glad to have met a great one! He's coming back this week to hook up our fridge ice maker. Would recommend this guy to everyone!

Sump pump back up system was beeping which meant my sump was not working at all. I found Drain Right Now online and Tyler came out same day to take a look. He recommended a new sump and water pressure back up system. If the power goes out, my back up system will continue to drain. He cleaned out the existing mess left from the previous home owner and installed an amazing new system with a back up that requires no electricity. Go away on vacation and don't worry about your basement ever flooding! Once you find a good mechanic, you stick with him. Same for a plumber...Thanks Tyler! Customer for life.

I run a restaurant in Barrie and our business is not Monday to Friday 9-5. I called Drain right now on a Saturday afternoon and he was here so fast without charging a ridiculous fee. Same went for a night when I had a problem. Called at 8:30 and he was here by 9:00. Would HIGHLY recommend Tyler and Drain Right Now.
