The plumbers were very courteous and professional l felt very at ease when they were in my home. They spent the time with me and explained all the nesserary repairs that were needed without making me feel rushed with my decision to either have the repair or not. I actually had time to google their estimate and the cause of the problem. And they were right on the ball It's so nice to know that there are still honest companies out there. I give them a 10 out of 10!!!!

I just installed new Kitchen cupboards and had Tyler and Zack come over to install sick, Faucets, and Dishwasher. We agreed on a time and was texted to let me know when they were on their way. Both of them were pleasant and answered my questions and concern.

Tyler and Zach showed up on time, took care of a messy drain leak that included breaking up the concrete floor and replacing old pipe.

He was able to see me promptly and kept in touch for ETA via phone/text. To my pleasant surprise, he even cleaned and swept after he was done. Tyler at Drain Right Now is amazing!
He worked within a very reasonable time frame to ensure that my toilet was up and running. He was comprehensive in explaining what he and his team would do to remedy my plumbing dillema and provided me with options that worked within my budget. Once the work was complete, my bathroom was left cleaner than when they arrived!
I would recommend Drain Right Now to anyone. Their workmanship is second to none.

Drain Right Now was the first plumbing company I called to get a quote and timeline on switching out my toilet and vanity in my basement washroom baseD on the great reviews here. I called noone else and I am so glad - Tyler and his team were FANTASTIC! Tyler was so professional and prompt in his communication with me. Even when we had a time change he re-jigged his schedule to make it happen. Then he found out the vanity I purchased was damaged and actually offered us to return it to the store and do the exchange for us so we get what we paid for. We were going to just deal with it as we had no truck but Tyler went out of his way to do this for us. He didn't have to and we didn't expect him to but just to show you what a great person he is to work with and the fantastic customer service he gave. He installed everything without me being there and took away all the mess. I wish every contractor was like him. Definitely will be using Tyler and his team again! Thanks!
