I was desperate to find someone to redo the plumbing in my laundry room. No one I called seemed right. I noticed my neighbours truck said drains done right on the side. I took a chance and called. Just bought a new home and our inspector told us that the Sump Pump was out of order, though he didn't know if it was still working or not (absolute expert, however as he is from outside of Barrie, he does less than 3 inspections a year, with houses that have a Sump Pump). My wife called Tyler, he was super upfront and helpful and the second he arrived on the scene, he saw the issue and that was a full Sump Pump replacement, as the one we had, had a seized motor (not to mention, it was an old, cheap, plastic one).

Tyler replaced the Pump with a superior quality one, cut a new pipe and the job was done in around 23 minutes. Super appreciative for his expertise and attention to detail, great personality and great advice as well; will definitely use for future issues as well.

A trustworthy & a seasoned professional, is hard to find. Tyler responded to our predicament in a timel fashion, and showed great attention to detail.
