I Called Tyler for a quote on a new Sump Pump. Price was competitive & very reasonable. Scheduled for 10:00 the next morning. By 11:00 he was gone. Unbelievable service. Punctual, pays attention to detail. He also has a good friendly attitude along with good work ethics. He cleaned everything up afterwards. I would certainly hire him again & would recommend Tyler to anyone.

I am so glad I called Tyler when my sump pump quit. He responded immediately with a quote & replaced it within a few hours leaving the work area clean & tidy. He also was very respectful of the Covid rules so I felt safe having him in the house. I will absolutely call him again if/when I need a plumber.

Was in an emergency... not only did I get fast service but we caught another issue that could have caused major problems. Very knowledgeable service! I would definitely recommend this company.

We purchased a home in December that was on septic. We wanted to do a sewer conversion AND install the rough-in for a laundry room and bathroom in the basement and looked high and low for a company who would:
1. Do it in the winter, and
2. Do it at a reasonable price
In our search we would consistently find companies who could do one or the other, but not both. That is, until we connected with Drain Right Now. Tyler met with me the same day, explained to me my options, gave me a very reasonable quote, AND was willing to do it in the winter.
After dealing with a few other contractors I had some hesitation with Tyler’s quote because I thought it was a little too good to be true (thought for sure he wouldn’t be able to adhere to his timelines, etc.), but that was not the case. Tyler completed the job as promised: for the price quoted, and in the time frame he promised. He kept us informed every step of the way, had a great crew, he was neat and tidy, and he was able to address all of the unforeseen hiccups.
In hindsight, we couldn’t foresee what was to come with this pandemic, but if it wasn’t for us going ahead with Tyler, this project would not have been able to happen.

After a family member poured an expired bag of bread crumbs down the garburator at 9:00 p.m. on a Tuesday evening and completely clogged the drain, we were a bit panicked. After calling numerous places, we were given prices that, frankly speaking, were outrageous and attempted to take advantage of the situation.
