"John" from Designer Deck arrived on-time, ready to work and was respectful of both of us and our home.
He was meticulous and did a wonderful job of washing each tile on our large balcony and even vacuumed the space beneath each one.
We couldn't be more pleased with the product and with the service!

Designer Deck installed the outdoor patio deck five years ago. Now they clean it annually with a power washer. They are reliable and do a thorough cleaning. I am very satisfied with their work and recommend this company.

We hired Designer Deck 2 years ago to install tiles on the balcony when we moved into an apartment. Since then, they have come every spring to thoroughly clean and wash the tiles. They have done an excellent job each time. Customer service has been great - they are quick to follow up and to keep in touch if any changes to the schedule need to be made due to weather issues. Both the head office staff and the front-line workers are extremely pleasant and easy to deal with. I would not hesitate to recommend Designer Deck.

We saw a neighbour's decking from DD and immediately phoned to book an appointment. We have been delighted with its beautiful look and its practicality. Since then about four of our neighbours having seen ours and have either had balconies done or are booking. This company's decking is also manufactured in Canada! They have been a pleasure to deal with--they are certainly not inexpensive but it is high-quality work.

Designer Deck manufactures and installs deck tiles. Mine are made of recycled materials (not wood). They are durable and attractive. When I had a slight problem, they dealt with it effectively. I've been happy with the product and the service.
