We found Mark to be very professional, extremely reliable and knowledgeable in all aspects of the work that was to be done . He also gave us some good information on how he would repair our kitchen ceiling which had some water damage . Since he had to wait for certain stages on the kitchen ceiling to dry . We asked if he could completely paint two rooms for us including ceilings, walls, trim and repair some minor cracks on the walls and also remove a shelf over the fireplace He did everything in just three days ! Mark purchased and installed new bifold doors for my bedroom closets. The house is old with very crooked door frames and yet he did an amazing job. Did some lighting work for me and more. All told he did a remarkable job and cleaned up afterwards and took away the garbage!

I've invited Mark to install double curtain rods above French doors and to hang up several wall pictures. He did amazing job in the estimated time for a reasonable price. Not only that he completed everything we agreed on, he also fixed a cabinet lock that I showed him as one of the things I would need to be fixed for next time. This was one extra thing that pleasantly surprised me. I still have few other things of different nature to be done around the house and I've already invited Mark to give me the estimate for this next job. Over the years Mark has been our go-to handyman professional for various home projects (drywall work, painting, fixing leaky toilets and faucets). More recently, he helped with many jobs around the house in preparation for moving. He replaced rotten boards on a second storey dormer window box and painted them; he painted the front door and frame and back garden doors; and he painted the cement window sills and trim around the exterior to give the house a fresh look.

We called him back to complete a few items that came up in the home inspection which included installing new insulation in the unfinished basement (where it was missing) and repairing 2 garage door openers that were not working. What impresses us most about Mark is his vast knowledge and expertise about home maintenance & repairs and his willingness to take on even the smallest of jobs with a positive attitude. Sine the time I called Mark to discuss the work done, until the work was finished, the work was awesome. Mark is very quick at reverting back to the initial call, the estimate was fair and reasonable, and the work was done on time, and flawless.
