Bought a house with some hidden issues - Called up Canada Waterproofers and within 24 hours Carl paid us a visit. Explained what needed to be done and gave us a price. Service was great - pleasant experience.

We had a pretty solid leak in the basement or a house we rent. Carl was able to meet us and gave us a very reasonable quote. They were able to do the work very quickly too which was great for us and the tenants in the unit. Would use them again if another issue popped up. Very professional.

my basement was leaking for sometime and i was at my witts end. Canada waterproofers fixed the problem and i never felt better. they had to dig up beside my house but after you couldnt tell the difference actually even the yard looked better than before. We had water leaking into the cold room in our basement. After making enquiries and getting estimates, I decided to go with Canada Waterproofers based on price and recommendations of people in our neighbourhood. The work was excellent and done quickly and cleaned up perfectly. As we have a tenant in our basement suite, Carl arranged for a crew of four to complete the work in one day - all other estimates had indicated three days. The crew was extremely courteous and hardworking and completed the job in a timely fashion. I was extremely impressed with the service and would not hesitate to recommend Canada Waterproofers to anyone!

I had interviewed roughly 20 companies in and around the GTA, and Edgar from Canada Waterproofing was the only one I felt I could trust, wasn't guilt-tripping me into anything, wasn't your typical sales guy trying to sell you something, was knowledgeable of what was going on with the cause of the cracks in the foundation and offered a competitive price for a waterproofing job we had to do before winter came this year. He and his crew came, set up, did the job thoroughly, cleaned up nicely after the job was done, put in long hours to do a great job fixing cracks in a foundation using hydraulic cement on our garage and then waterproofed it with several different layering techniques, put in a weeping tile that didn't exist around the garage previous to this project. A lot of frost heaving took place and not having that weeping tile prior around the garage was a contributing factor to the cause of the cracking. The crew ran into an obstacle (a huge granite stone) buried near the footing and they worked around it like professionals. They had even put hydraulic cement to cover up the (temporary) holes in the mortar (since the garage wall above the foundation had shifted), it was very nice of them. They didnt use a jumping jack to compact the earth because of the crack in the foundation (x shaped) so in the spring it will go down another 6 inches (which is why there is a large pile). Gino was so nice, hard worker (digging so much), soft spoken but very kind, answered all my questions. Andre was very good at doing the actual waterproofing and answered my questions as well. They never swore, spoke politely, and always answered my many questions as I am very curious and like to learn. I am very grateful for this company that came and fixed our issue this year before another winter. This year we are more prepared for winter because of Canada Waterproofers. Thank you!

This was my first time dealing with this company but after meeting Edgar, Andre and his crew, I would without any hesitation recommend and refer them in the future. I experienced a very complicated water leak in our basement as the problem was not easy to identify. After taking the time to review the situation, he updated me as to the likely cause and explained in full detail what was necessary to resolve the problem. The job was done with great attention to detail, respect for the surroundings and every attempt was made to leave the area the same as it was previously. Their job is not easy and for this I commend them on how they work together and still manage to find time to always update and monitor each stage until completion. Mr Slava and his brother were very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Provided top quality workmanship; informed me in details of work steps. Performed job in time and left place cleaned of any debris. Foremost, unlike many contractors I have used; always answered calls, inquires and satisfactory responses.

They came in very quickly, gave an accurate estimate which they stuck to. They also did extra repairs to make sure that the wall was stable. Our neighbors were also very pleased as they protected their garden and cleaned up all the mess. They also suggested products that were superior from other contractors I spoke to. Very honest hard working guys. I would definitely recommend them to everyone.

Reasonably priced, but did not skimp on the quality of their materials and work. They started when they said they would and still finished on time despite running into some unforeseen difficulties. Carl, Edgar and their whole crew were polite and very hardworking. The took care of my property as if it was their own and they kept me informed about what was happening throughout the job. If I needed to I would use them again and I have no reservations in recommending them as a top tier contractor.
