Was somewhat challenge to find a plumber for a small job. However Valentin was very enthusiastic, gave me a quote ... without a visit, over the phone. At least 3 other companies insisted on a home visit before quoting?
Valentin turned up on time, gave me the requested 5 minutes notice so I could put the dogs away. Looked at the job realized needed a couple of hoses, etc, went off to the store, returned 30 minutes later and got to work.
Completed within 2 hours, left workspace nice n tidy. Faucets replaced and working properly.
Also had time to review another project and offer an opinion, and price.
Another positive, accepted e mail transfer for payment.
Overall, no hesitation in recommending Valentin.

I needed my kitchen sink replaced. Valentin was friendly and professional. Val discussed with me the procedures necessary to make the installation possible, and stayed with it through some difficulties. I highly recommend their service.

My basement floor drain was clogged and rainwater was backing up onto the basement floor. I called Canada Waterproofers to schedule them to come have a look/fix problem. The main office passed my call along to their team member Carl who promptly called me back to schedule an appointment. We discussed that it was not urgent and that he would come in a few days. Carl was prompt - actually called ahead of time to come over early. He quickly assessed that this would likely just require some plunging - not a snake or a camera inspection. It took him little time to plunge out the clog. He was super professional and very courteous - a credit to his team and to all contractors. Carl refused payment for this service - this has never happened to me in my experience. While I hope to not have any other drainage problems, I would welcome the chance to hire Canada Waterproofers for another job.

Val was great from the start. He made sure everything was clearly understood before I agreed to the service, and came to do the installation the next day.

He wore a mask, and put booties on his shoes to protect our floors. He was kind and helpful, and his quote was significantly less than other competitors. I would highly recommend this company.

Amazing! Work was wonderful, crew was friendly and professional, and Slava was so informative and helpful. Job scope ended up being a lot bigger than initially envisioned but Slava walked me through all my options and gave good insight. He was very knowledgeable; even pointing out a Government rebate we’re eligible for that ended up covering 1/3 of the cost. Hope we don’t need him again but if we do he’ll be our first call!

I have got good quote from Valentin.For the job. He done good job. Clean the site nicely no mess I can recommend Valentin to my friends also I can recommend this company. As they are giving 10 year written workmanship guarantee for the work.

We had a leak through our basement window. We called Slava and he came out within days with his crew. They worked so hard and all day to dig down and install a new drain pipe and properly seal and secure the area. They were courteous and cleaned up all of the mess after. VERY pleased with Slava and the crew. HIGHLY recommend them

Canada Waterproofing did a great job. They were fast, clean and professional and sent me pictures as the work progressed. Better yet they stuck to their quote.

Outstanding service! Thank you to Borys and the Canada Waterproofers team for an amazing job well done . We had asked to have our sink drain unclogged and well shave our pop up drain replaced. Borys was a knowledgable and experienced technician. He provided us with an honest quote and completed it all within a reasonable time frame. He did not only do an outstanding job but made efforts to follow up with us in case we encountered the same problem again.

Carl and Slava came back for a warranty issue but discovered that the leak we had was not in fact from their previous work. I thank them so much for coming back and taking the time to figure out the problem. Great guys who truly seem to care about the work they do.
