Ottawa Clear Windows replaced our damaged eavestrough on our back deck. All prior communication was excellent. The two man crew arrived promptly and did an incredible job. They even replaced the gutter guard on our garage eavestrough at no additional charge with material removed from the back deck. I give them my highest recommendation!

We had a clogged downspout. Clear Ottawa Windows and Cleaning Services was able to address the problem effectively and efficiently. Service personnel were masked and socially distanced which was important to us in the era of Covid-19.

Clean Windows acted professionally from start to finish. Their quote was precise and prompt, including the addition of some inside windows I wanted done. The appointment was immediately set up.

They sent me a reminder a couple days before the appointment, and called on the day to confirm their time of arrival. The service personnel were polite and helpful and observed all the Covid protocols.

In the end, the windows were sparkling, and the actual charge was the same as the quote.

The team at Clear Ottawa were great! The sales team were professional and easily reachable. The team that set up my eavestroughs were friendly, polite, kept us updated and cleaned up after themselves. They didn't just replace the old gutter work, they greatly improved the function with seamless gutters, better sloping and hinged downspouts. They even improved the aesthetic in some places. They only finished a few days ago and I've already recommended them to others.

This is the second time we have had this company in to help with some outdoor cleaning on our two story house. Services completed were eaves cleaning, soft washing the siding of the house (the bulk of the cost), pressure washing the deck and outside window cleaning. The workers were lovely and very hardworking. As always we are pleased with quality and attention to detail. Would definitely recommend this company. Good communication in setting up the job to the time the technicians arrived on site. Took time to clear all troughs and wash with water to ensure the water was running well. A job professionally done and at reasonable cost. Will recommend anytime.

The team from Clear Ottawa Windows, Eugene and Michael, were courteous and good workers. They cleaned out and then washed the eavetroughs, the brick and shutters at the front of the house and the siding. The siding at the back of the house was very dirty and came out looking like new and my windows are sparkling. Would certainly recommend this company!
