Chinook Exteriors replaced our eavestroughs and downspouts after a hailstorm. We were given good advice on adding a few more downspouts. The job was done in an efficient and timely manner, and we are delighted with the end result.

That windstorm a few weeks ago ripped a piece of fascia cover off on one side of the house and loosened another piece on the other side of the house. I didn't know anyone who does this work and since it's around 28-30 feet up, i don't have a tall enough ladder, so i called 3-4 businesses to get a quote. a couple of businesses say they don't do small service jobs and one business said that they will give me a quote in around 3-4 weeks. The owner of Chinook Exterior, Jean-Francois, called me a couple days after i contacted him online and said he can take a look at it right away and if i am okay with the price, can get someone in the next day. The price was reasonable for 2 guys working 45 minutes plus travel time plus material (could have been a little lower but i'm willing to pay it due to good and fast service). Overall, i am very satisfied with this company and will call them again if needed for service of my own house or of my rentals and also will not hesitate to introduce this company to other landlords.

We had a very positive experience with Chinook Exteriors. From the prompt follow-up to our initial inquiry to the completion of the job the experience was excellent. The owner, Jean-Francois, is clearly someone who still understands the concept of customer service and he was happy to answer questions, explained things clearly, provided options in the quotes based on what we wanted/could afford. The guy that came out to do the work was courteous and polite, and our property was left clean and tidy. And when we has a follow-up question after the initial job was completed and paid for, we received the same prompt, courteous and helpful level of response--too often, once a company has been paid they lose all interest, so it is refreshing to find a company that values its customers. We wouldn't hesitate to use them again, if the need arose.

I had 40 year old eaves on wooden fascia that really needed updating. Owner Jean Francois was very professional and experienced to work with. He understood what I needed done, didn't pressure me to upsell me on extras I couldn't afford, and was very accommodating when I asked for a couple of changes to the plan. Despite the busy season, he was very prompt to return my calls and to keep me posted on the date the job would start. Weather is a big issue with his work so I understood when adjustments to the project schedule were needed. I also appreciated that his installer Matthew stayed until dark (in the summer!) to get the job done. The work was done well, looks great and was reasonably prices. Actually finished the job sooner than promised, in order to facilitate our planned vacation. Very detailed, informative and up front in explaining what work was required as well as the cost of the job. Materials used were top quality (I did my research) and guaranteed. We have a 50 year old house which is a hillside bungalow. Lots of perennials and bushes around the house. They were very concerned about the surroundings to ensure that no damage occurred. Great crew and the owner is attentive and concerned with customer service. Would highly recommend.
