River Valley Final Grading

Service was delivered on time and well done. Staff were very friendly and polite.
Work site was left very tidy. Supervisor took time to explain the follow up process to us. we are very pleased.

We hired River Valley Final Grading to do the front and back final grading of our lot. Due to accessibility of the back yard, the crew used wheel barrows to haul all the dirt required for the back yard. The guys worked quickly and were very respectful of the neighboring yards. Their work was very well done as all the rain we have been having, there is NO puddling. They did a nice cleanup job too. Their company also takes care of the surveying and getting the city to come by to do final approvals. The whole process was about a week. Very good experience with this company.

The black dirt was very good. Neighbors had two different companies and one had "grey" black dirt and the other had weeds growing in a week. I didn't get any of this. Also rivervalley never asked for Adium until the job was done.

The job was completed around the time frame they quoted. They even cleaned the bit of garbage in the yard. It was done very well and all with no hassle. The engineers came out the next day and City inspection completed the following week. I'm very satisfied.

Super easy way to finish the backyard. I just came home and the weed garden turned into a professional looking top soil finish and they arranged for the sod to be dropped off so I could install myself. Never had to fill out any papers. Just needed the lot grading certificate. If I ever had any questions they emailed me back very quick. Very satisfied

My builder was late at completing my rough grade (fall 2013), so by the time I got the chance to look into final grading companies, I decided to go contact River Valley Final Grading because they responded to my inquiries quickly, even though it was the end of their season (Nov 2013). They had me at the top of their list for the following spring. Their crew of 6 that arrived was professional, tidy, quiet, and hard working. They cleaned up the road and driveway very well once they were done. Their surveyors were there the same day and they had the City notified quickly (I didn't have to worry about a thing). The City was even quick, inspecting 2 days after the crew did the final grade. Of course it passed.

I have a large pie lot, and I can't imagine taking on a job like that myself, or with friends, especially if a yard isn't bobcat accessible as mine is.

I also like that River Valley is a modern company, in that all signing is done electronically, and they accept email payment transfer. There was no paper to deal with. Their staff was quick to respond to emails, and didn't hesitate to provide advise and recommendations on other services.
