This is our second project with Raja and Mo as our general contractors. They are highly experienced and are able to troubleshoot any problems that arise during the work. We had absolute trust in their reliability and their workmanship. Good customer contact kept us worry free in the loop so we knew what was happening next. Highly recommended.

These guys did a fantastic job!! I had a complete kitchen demolition and rebuild done. The demolition was quick and neatly done, and the rebuild was exactly what I wanted. Raja was a great guy and went out of his way to get everything done. I would HIGHLY recommend Modern Design.

Modern Design Kitchem and Bath did an excellent job in the demolition of our first floor to the studs, including the ceiling. We were impressed with the workmanship as they reconfigured our new space (a wall was removed) putting up insulation, drywall, subfloor, electrical, plumbing, etc. We now have a beautiful new kitchen, powder room, library and living room. You can't find two nicer and trustworthy guys than Raja and Mo who are experts in their field. We were surprised at how quickly the job was completed. Raja consistently checked in with us to confirm that our needs and expectations were met and he always returned our phone calls promptly. Any work that he sub contracted out (crown moulding, electrical) was done by professionals who were respectful and good at their work. Thank you Raja and Mo!

Raja was our contractor for a kitchen renovation.
He and his team did an excellent job, from the demolition, to the plumbing, electrical and tiling. I always knew who was coming to my house and when, and what was being done. Raja was always in communication with me and took all my calls right away, answering any questions or problems that I had. Also he gave me some great advice when it came time to make some tough decisions. All his crew took the time to clean up every day when they finished too. It's very hard to live through a kitchen renovation, but what makes it easier is knowing exactly what is happening and seeing the work get done in a timely manner.
I would strongly recommend Raja and his team for any kitchen or bathroom renovation that you might looking to do. You will not be disappointed.

Sky Kitchen Cabinets assigned Modern Design Kitchen and Baths to be the General Contractors for our total kitchen renovation. How lucky for us that they did! Raja and Mo are organized, and highly skilled, and are also very nice gentlemen to deal with. After removing the old kitchen, including removing the over-sized bulkheads and floor tiles, they prepared the space for the new cabinets. As well as plumbing and installing some appliances, they coordinated the quality subcontractors who were Tristar Marble, tilers Greg and Dominic and the electrician, Surjit. Raja always called to confirm dates and times so we knew what the next step would be in the project. We highly recommend these professionals!

Modern Design Kitchens came to us through Sky Kitchens, as our General Contractor. Raja and Moe did such an amazing job, as did all the trades he brought in. They are hard working, dedicated, and meticulous. In everything they do, they go above and beyond. We absolutely love our kitchen, thanks guys !!

Raja from Modern Design Kitchen and Bath was contracted by our cabinet supplier when we decided to reno our 1990's kitchen and main floor powder room. He and his team handled the full demo and debris removal, all our new floor tile and backsplash work, reinstalled/re-fit the plumbing and re-did the drywall and ceiling. Great work all around-they showed up when they said they would, and completed the work on time and within budget!! We recently redid our kitchen with Sky Kitchen and Raja at Modern Design Kitchen and Bath acted as our contractor for the project.

Throughout the project, Raja was professional, skilled and, drawing on his expertise, helped solve anticipated problems before they occurred. When any additional issues arose, he was quick to give us a variety of options that were cost-effective and in sync with the overall design of the kitchen.

As a couple who had never undertaken any major projects to their home, a big motivator in choosing a contractor was to feel like we were in “good hands”: someone who would listen to what we wanted, but guide us based on their experience of what works and what doesn’t; someone who would execute our vision, but mitigate/minimize any issues (which are bound to happen on any renovation); and someone who, at the end of the day, we trusted would complete the project on time and to our level of satisfaction.
