Enviro Paving Vancouver

In June of 2015 I payed Enviro Paving to do 3 projects for me. None of the projects were done. They wont refund my money and they wont answer their phone now. The initial date was mid Aug but was changes twice due to "weather". We have had the driest summer I can remember in 45 years. I now have to sue them to get my money back and my driveway is still falling apart.

I have since received a full refund and am satisfied with the outcome.

My driveway was done in 2011 and given a 15 yr warranty. I have cracks and a big space near the steps leading into my house. I have tried contacting enviropaving but they won't answer phone or return calls. On 2 occasions I did manage speak to someone I was told I will get a call back but never did. I have been chasing this company for the past 2months. I even sent a email with no luck

I contacted several companies about getting ecorubber installed in my patio area. I chose to hire Darren from enviropaving because I liked the fact that he was an owner-operator, was knowledgeable, the price was great and I could tell he was an honest man who truly cared about our project. He came with a crew exactly when they said they would. They worked all day and stayed late to finish the job. Darren was working with his crew the whole time. This made me feel very comfortable as I knew as an owner he would ensure a high quality of workmanship. He followed up with us after the job to make sure everything was good after the rubber had cured. We are very happy with our new patio area. It has greatly increased our enjoyment and use of this area. We couldn't be happier. The product is exactly as he described it would be and the job was completed exactly as it was to be. I think it took them longer than they anticipated but Darren still honoured the quote and didn't ask for any extra money. I would highly recommend Darren and enviropaving over all the other companies that install ecorubber.

Repairs done by new franchisee Darren A, on Sunday Oct 11, 2015. Very impressed with is work ethic and wish him much success. The franchisor must step up to the plate and respond to customer complaints in order to insure survival of the company. Customer relation 101.

I would advise people that have a problem with Edmonton Enviropaving to contact Service Alberta Consumer Complaints and submit a complaint

We made a complaint and the company is being investigated because they did not do the work at our place and will not refund our deposit.

I had Enviro Paving do my Driveway and sidewalks in 2012. Instantly there was a problem with the brown being two different shades at the time they had to change barrels. They told me they would be out in 2weeks after it has dried completely to respray that one section. My mistake was I paid them the balance owed the day they originally laid the product. To this day it still has not been repaired. The product is still discoloured and is now lifting and coming apart. I love the concept and the product, but the company is disgraceful... They do not honour their warranty, endless promises, now they are not even returning phone calls. I can't believe they are in the Home Show. They need to be on the news before many others become duped. This job was almost $10,000.00. Got the money and ran! Avoid this company regardless of what they tell you! The problem all starts with the head office in Ontario, they are the ones I have been dealing with for the last 2 years. Again, endless promises and excuses. They should not be allowed to lay another foot until all theses warranty problems have been delt with.

Absolutely horrible and unreliable company - avoid! They failed to do the work after demanding a 50% deposit and now refuse to refund the deposit following cancellation of the contract. Highly unethical and unreliable. Avoid at all costs.

Great product! Love our patio! However, we have been trying to get warranty work done since May, 2013. No return of phone calls! Horrible customer service! Promise dates, nothing happens! Would recommend the product, but not the company!
UPDATE--October 13, 2015--We called Kristen on May 25. She said warranty work would be done in July or August. August 4--sent Kristen an inquiring email, two people from EP arrived; will have crew in Edmonton by end of month. Sept 9, we left message for one of the men who had been here in August. Sept. 10, sent email to Kristen. Sept. 11, Jason called--crew will be in Edmonton by the end of the week...........forget THIS company! It is now Oct. 13 and not a word from EP!

problems with product lifting up, discoloration, product leaving the color on skin and clothing. Next to impossible to remove color from skin or clothing.
Company is not warranting there work. Have been waiting 3 years for warranty work. In the process of still rwaiting. When contacted the CEO she told me i don't know how to clean. DO NOT go with this company!!!!! Nothing but problems and terrible costomer service and there really isnt a warranty. Please do not go with this company. Problems with this company not just in Edmonton but problems throughout Canada and the USA.
