Craig arrived on time and dealt with some birds that made a nest inside a fan duct. Service was friendly, professional, and helpful with all our questions.

We discovered a Racoon entered our home by way of moving a soffit. Craig arrived on time and took care in not only dealing with the momma Racoon but her five little babies.
From start to fishing the process was professional. We were welcomed to ask questions as well as Craig letting us know what were the next steps.

Craig was friendly and prompt. Assessed the situation (we had four baby raccoons in back yard).
Mother was not there so was advised to leave the babies and Mother would most likely come back and gather them to a new location. Disposed of furniture cover and umbrella where they were living. Very efficient.
