Peter was very thorough and helpful throughout the entire process that we endured. He provided us with a thorough inspection, as well as continuous information regarding the exact problems we faced due to the bed bugs. Peter was very through on his first visit this summer by checking both outdoors and indoors,and made some very specific suggestions on controlling pests.He did come back for a second visit follow up recently and was just as thorough,all while charging a reasonable rate.He even suggested I call him once more before the warranty expires.Great service ,and I would recommend him without hesitation.

Peter came over on time and with plenty of knowledge to impart on me about my bed bug issue, however there were some issues with his methods and customer service. He dismantled the beds himself, rather than allowing me to do it. I was also shoved lightly when he was doing this by the mattress as he was re positioning it. He did not respect the space and my property.

My condo is tiny. He did not take the care necessary to work in the small space and I discovered afterwards that some of my keepsakes, namely my father's Blue Jays bobbleheads were broken. When I asked Peter about this, he denied any possibility that he could have been by him and refused to pay for the damages, citing that because I had taken 4 days to address the issue, I could not have been overly concerned about them (that was the time that it took for my father to return from his business trip so I could show him).

Very disappointed and decided to go with another company despite Peter's expertise. What would have been a $10 repair has cost him much more.

Last month we discovered 2 very large wasp nests in a tree in our front yard. We were about to go on vacation in the next day or two, so we had little time to make arrangements for removal. Peter took our call immediately, asked some questions to get the details, and came that evening. He called shortly before arrival to confirm the appointment, explained the process, and took care of both nests very quickly and safely. He was a pleasure to deal with and I would definitely recommend him.

After discovery of a rather large wasp nest in between inner wall and siding, I called a few places for estimates. Peter got back to me right away and promised to be at our home first thing next day. When he arrived he checked the situation, explained his process and next steps and then proceeded to deal with the issue. The wall was alive with a buzzing sound for a couple of hours following the treatment. Peter indicated what would happen over the next couple of days and what he would do if there were continuing issues. The problem has been taken care of and that particular wasp site has been dealt with. A potential problem in another smaller area was also managed so that we will not have a problem in future. I found a wasp nest hidden in the outside wall, next to the backyard door. Its location was really a problem as it was preventing us from accessing the pool. Wonderful service! Peter removed two nests, one which was extremely high up on our house. Then he spent the time tracking a random wasp buzzing around and found a third nest - and did it for no charge!
