Ductwise Duct Cleaning

The Ductwise team turned up on time and quickly surveyed the required work of cleaning the HVAC ducts. They discovered that the ducts had never been cleaned and had to cut an entry point into the ducts as well as checking the furnace filter which was in a pretty poor state.
The work was carried out with a minimum of disturbance and no mess.
Overall I was very happy with the work carried out by the friendly and helpful team and will have them return in 5 years which was their recommendation.

I had our ducts cleaned by Ductwise. My home and four of my neighbour's. The owner, Philip and one of his employees showed up on time the day that was scheduled to do all five homes.
Philip walked me through the entire process and explained step by step what he was doing.
Philip inspected the furnace and brought to my attention that I had a leak of some sort. He suggested that I get a HVAC company to inspect and repair the leak. ( I did the very next day)
Philip and his employee were not only polite and very respectful but were courteous and very professional.
Not only did they do a great job but probably saved me more money down the road by detecting the leak.

We have (embarrassingly) never had our ducts cleaned in the many years we have lived in the house. There was always something else to do or spend money on. We are SO glad we finally did and choose Ductwise as our company. Here we are a few hours after the guys left and the airflow through our house has never been better. A very obvious difference. We should have done this sooner.

This was life changing So much education about air flow, I can now breath in my bedroom there so much AC coming through the vents Im almost cold.

Jacob and Bailey arrived on time. They were very polite and knowledgeable. They did not have a problem working in the confinements of our crawl space. Once set up was complete and prior to starting, we were shown photo's of some debris in the system and also what it looked like after cleaning. They completed the job in approximately two hours.
We have noticed a significant reduction in the dust and the efficiency of the furnace.
Pricing very reasonable.
