Met Kyle & Phil at a home show, and booked the appointment which was later confirmed by Darlene. They called en route to our house, confirming arrival time. Phil explained the process, and examined the layout of our duct system. He took a before and after picture, which was later emailed to me at my request. I'd seen pictures of other duct systems, but when you look at the ghost-like webs and piles of stuff in your own home, you shudder to think of the air you've been breathing. The process was noisy, so I took our dog for a ride, but my husband stayed in the house. The whole cleaning job, including cleaning the dryer duct/vent, took less than 2 hours. I'm planning to have them back in 2 years!.

Great job little mess, dryer was really blocked, but they took the time and the effort to make sure it was totally cleaned out. Not an easy job with our vent system, it turned into a bigger project, than any of us would have thought.
They took the time to,explain each and every process, also showed us pictures of before and after, and the garbage bag full of lint they removed. Could have had a fire ant time.
So do not put this off, if you haven't done it in the last 2 years. Reasonable cost for 22 duct and the dryer vent.

Ductwise did duct cleaning in our house and I would say they did a great job. The guys are friendly, very informative trying to educate me about how to effectively maintain our furnaces and just genuinely nice and honest people. They know exactly what they were doing and explained and walk me through every step. They referred me to an HVAC guy after the work is complete who then called me in an instant to schedule an appointment. Amazing service! Would definitely call them again after 2-3 yrs when our ducts need cleaning again.
