They were on time, friendly, professional, informative, honest, and knowledgeable. The two man team was very diligent and made sure that our vents were adjusted to optimize the airflow in the house and fix a problem we had in our kid's room. Recommended to use more efficient filters and inspected the Dryer vent as well.

They were very punctual, called me in the morning to confirm arrival time, set up,explained the full process, took before and after pictures. The two staff were excellent , this was an extremely clean and mess free process. My wife and I were very happy with the service and would not hazard to recommend this team.

Right from my first contact with Darlene I knew I had contacted the company to do the job for us. My confidence in the company was only confirmed from the minute Phil and Kyle arrived. Phil began by explaining the whole process to us and then proceeded to clean our ducts, HVC system and dryer hose with efficient professionalism. I was amazed at the amount of mostly drywall dust that was removed from our ducts. I have no reservations whatsoever about recommending DUCTWISE to anyone.
